Your holiday home is only visible from the sea. The property is completely fenced and borders on the beach, which can be reached directly via a staircase and a gate
From the large, covered veranda of approx. 25 sqm, you have a wonderful view of the sea and the beach. At any time of the day, it is worth enjoying the atmosphere (blue sea, sound of the sea, beautiful sunsets). Here you will experience guaranteed relaxation!

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home "rüya" is located in a fenced yard directly by the sea. From this courtyard there is also access to the home of a Turkish family with the holiday flat "inci". This Turkish family is always happy to welcome guests, so they can improve their German language skills. On request, they also offer guided excursions, where you can get to know the country and its people, which are far away from the tourist "strongholds"
The farm is also home to a flock of chickens, ducks and geese, all watched over by the loyal and affectionate Golden Retriever dog "Ewa".
The location of the holiday home "rüya" is extremely ideal. It is practically in the centre of countless places of excursions and experiences, which can be easily reached in a day trip at the most. And after returning, you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the terrace (although the sound of the sea cannot be ignored) or a refreshing dip in the sea on the beach.
And at night, you will experience fireworks 1 - 2 times a week from the hotels approx. km away, conjured into the dark night for you free of charge!
You will hardly find a comparable holiday home that is so close to the sea. With an endless sea view and sun until the atmospheric sunset. To the sea? Just down a natural stone staircase and you're at the water's edge! What more do you want?
