Our holiday home Ulferts offers holidays with time to feel good. .
On the ground floor is the hallway with wardrobe and the bathroom with toilet and shower.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and complete crockery.
The living-dining room is equipped with TV, music system, sofa, and seating area. From the living area you have direct access to the shore and direct access to the water. Ideal for fishing.
The beautiful beach is only a few minutes walk away
Little through traffic as private road
Two bedrooms are located in the first with double bed and one with 2 single beds. A cot and high chair are available for small children.
The second bathroom is also on the first floor and is equipped with shower bath, WC,washbasin and washing machine.
Bed linen can be booked for 8,00 EUR / person and a towel package for 5,00 EUR / person in addition.
You can store your bikes in the lockable log cabin.
A terrace roof, sun loungers, a barbecue and parasol are also available

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located on a side channel of the Timmeler Meer. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away.
Fishing holidaymakers are pleased about the abundance of fish, so that pikeperch, pike or carp are usually on the menu in the evening.
For horse lovers, the Reitsport-Touristik-Centrum Ostfriesland (RTC) in Timmel is one of the largest and most modern equestrian facilities in Lower Saxony.
The harbour from where a round trip with the old peat ship "Gretje" can be made is also only a few minutes away.
Timmel is perfect for anglers and also for hiking or beautiful boat trips. In the centre of the village, which is only a few minutes walk away, there is a shop with a bakery. This shop is also open on Sundays.

Beautiful holiday home in a great location
We as a couple spent wonderful holiday days in this truly beautiful and very clean holiday house. The location is really great. We enjoyed it very much... with a horse paddock opposite the entrance and bird's singing in the morning on the covered terrace! Upon arrival, we were very kindly welcomed by the landlord, who showed us and explained everything! TOP!!? We would love to come back again!! Best regards from the Lower Rhine.

Erholung pur
We were warmly welcomed by the landlord for the second time. A last-minute booking was not a problem. Once again, we felt very comfortable in the holiday home and spent a relaxing weekend by the water. We will gladly come back.
