Location and surroundings of object
Karpacz is becoming an increasingly popular destination from year to year with tourists from both the home and abroad. The former mountain farmhouse at the foot of the Schneekoppe is an attraction for many nature lovers and sportsmen because of its particular location in the Giant Mountains and its rich flora and fauna. The health resort, which is also a sports center, offers a wealth of attractions both in summer and in winter.
There are several ski runs with different degrees of difficulty, winter and summer toboggan runs, two ski jumping hills, tennis courts and a summer ski lift on the Koppe. Karpacz is also the starting point of many hiking trails to the Riesengebirge and the Hirschberg valley.
From here you can start a wonderful tour of the Schneekoppe or the subalpine mountain ranges.
On the hiking trails through the Hirschberg valley, you will find many castles, numerous castles, as well as centuries-old houses in the Tyrolean and architectural style. Sights include the medieval wooden church of Wang, the town of Hirschberg and the former uranium mines.
If you are a lover of nature, sports, history and magical landscapes, you can not miss the old home of Rübezahl.

Nice accommodation right by the forest.
We arrived by train and bus and found a great accommodation on the edge of Karpacz with Malina, directly by the forest with a creek - for us a wonderful contrast to the hectic city life in Berlin. From there, fantastic hikes to the Giant Mountains can be undertaken.
The apartment was well-equipped, quiet, and overlooking the countryside. Gabriela and Zbigniew were very likeable, open, and helpful hosts. It was very nice to get to know the two of them!

Skiing holiday
Very nice house with three great rooms and very nice landlords. Both take time for a short briefing and give tips for shopping, eating, money exchange, ski lift etc.. Location is ideal for getting to the ski lift quickly, but also for hiking to the Schneekoppe. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car, parking in town is plentiful. We enjoyed our holiday and will be happy to come back again!
P.S. You need to get up early to find a good parking space close to the lift ;)

Perfect holidays in beautiful Karpacz
Wonderful winter holiday in perfect surroundings. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We wanted for nothing and were able to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. We will definitely be back next year and are already looking forward to meeting the lovely hosts!

Great holiday
We booked all 3 flats over New Year's Eve. The flats are very well equipped. The beds were very good. We can only say positive things about the landlords. It was a nice holiday. We will definitely come back again.

Thanks to its proximity to the National Park and its altitude of 700 meters, it is an ideal place to relax for couples, families and individual tourists. Hiking trails leading directly in front of the house lead you to the many sights of the Riesengebirge, the Schneekoppe or the Hirschberg valley. In the "Kopa" ski area, winter sports fans will find numerous slopes with different degrees of difficulty, toboggan runs and ski jumping hills, which invite you to a sporting adventure. The Western City, which is very popular with children, and the Aquapark Sandra, as well as the nearby center of Karpacz, can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes. We are looking forward to your visit!
