The holiday home Scholle, which was awarded 4 stars in 2003, has a living area of approx. 77 sqm and is situated on an approx. 375 sqm enclosed plot with carport.

The interior has upscale furnishings, including

Kitchen with electric cooker and oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes for 12 persons and many accessories.

Storage room with washing machine, dryer and safe.

1 bedroom with a double bed

1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a loft bed

A baby travel cot and a high chair can be provided on request.

The holiday home is in a very quiet location, where you can enjoy romantic sunsets in complete relaxation.

The bathing lake in the immediate vicinity (300m) invites you to swim at any time, even if the North Sea 50m away has no water to offer you due to low tide

You can reach the centre of Tossens via the dyke.

From the Scholle K11 holiday home you have all the possibilities to fulfil your holiday wishes.

Did not meet our expectations.

The holiday home is very worn out. Shutter boxes are difficult to operate, no terrace available. Seating is only possible on the lawn. The lawn was full of molehills and holes, so our dog was completely dirty on the wet grass, not because he dug, just from walking around. The lawn was only mowed on the second day, which did not remove the dirt (like concrete), just made it flatter. The conservatory is already completely hot in the morning, as the window fronts are only covered by shades. Already at 8. At 00:00, the room was so hot that we couldn't have breakfast there and had to move to the small kitchen table.
However, this is only meant for 2 people!
With 4 people occupying it, there’s no choice.
The doors of the conservatory (wood) urgently need some treatment, as they are weathered. In the bathroom, the heating is rusted, which other tenants have also reported.
If the award for this house is over 20 years old, it shouldn't be mentioned anymore!!! That's ridiculous! For years we have rented FW and FH in (St. Peter Ording, Zetel, Hage, Greetsiel, Heiligenhafen, Carolinensiel, Norddeich, etc.) but here the price/performance ratio was not justified.

Vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Bewertung – wir sind wirklich beeindruckt, wie aufmerksam Sie jedes Detail wahrgenommen haben.

Ehrlich gesagt sind wir etwas überrascht: Offenbar hatten Sie die Erwartung, ein komplett sterilisiertes Naturgrundstück ohne jegliche Spuren von… nun ja, Natur vorzufinden. Die Maulwürfe werden wir beim nächsten Mal selbstverständlich vor Ihrer Anreise informieren, dass sie bitte Urlaub machen.

Auch dass die Sonne bereits morgens scheint, nehmen wir zur Kenntnis – wir prüfen aktuell, ob wir diese künftig etwas später aufgehen lassen können, damit ein Frühstück im Wintergarten angenehmer wird.

Bezüglich der Ausstattung: Ein frisch gestrichenes Haus innen und außen, eine moderne Küche sowie hochwertige Möbel (alles wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich) scheinen leider nicht ganz Ihren Vorstellungen entsprochen zu haben. Schade.

Dass ein Küchentisch für zwei Personen gedacht ist, ist korrekt – dafür gibt es im Haus ja auch noch andere Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Einige Punkte wie z. B. die Heizkörper nehmen wir natürlich ernst und schauen uns das an – alles andere ordnen wir eher unter sehr hohe individuelle Ansprüche ein.

Vielleicht wäre für Ihren nächsten Urlaub eine Unterkunft ohne Garten, ohne Sonne und ohne Natur die bessere Wahl.

Meeting with dog

We unfortunately only had 2 short nights in this great house. Everything was clean. Absolutely super furnishings. Especially the great living area. In this house you could really cook like at home. We met a family there who had a puppy from our Bolonka bitch, but never met in person. We booked spontaneously and the houses were almost next to each other without us knowing. The dogs and we felt totally at home. We then booked 3 more days in another house. And the disappointment was great. We paid much more for much less comfort. Our conclusion: Great house. We will come back again and again.

Relaxing vacation

A dreamy holiday home, cozy and furnished with a lot of love. The communication with the Schorling family leaves nothing to be desired! The surroundings invite you to endless walks, and the completely fenced garden was a dream for our dog. We will gladly come back. :)
