The "Marina Lounge" lives up to its name, as it is located directly at the marina of the Ostseeresort Olpenitz in an exclusive waterfront location on the Schlei and Baltic Sea! Enjoy your holiday as a couple or as a foursome in our comfortable maisonette flat with a maritime feel-good atmosphere. Your dogs are also very welcome here!
Our holiday home extends over the first and first floor of a semi-detached house and not only offers a large roof terrace outside, which provides a wonderful view of the marina and the Baltic Sea, but also a balcony on the other side, which faces the mouth of the Schleim. So you can enjoy the sun's rays all day long! Comfortable lounge furniture invites you to relax and an electric barbecue is also available for warm summer evenings
The spacious, open-plan living room on the 1st floor not only offers cosy sofa sets and a wood-burning stove, but also media entertainment, as there is a flat-screen TV, BluRay player, music system and free Wi-Fi available. The state-of-the-art kitchen has been openly integrated into the living room and offers extensive equipment so that you can comfortably prepare delicious meals and enjoy them together with a wine perfectly tempered to your liking! After eventful holiday days, the comfortable double beds in the bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep and when you wake up, you already start the new day with a dreamlike water view! In addition, both bedrooms have a TV. The daylight bathroom in the attic offers a ground-level shower, a view of Olpenitz harbour and an infrared light sauna for all-round relaxation. There is an additional shower room on the 1st floor, so you can split up wonderfully even with 4 people.
In front of the house there is a free reserved parking space with charging station for electric cars and a storage room for bicycles or sports equipment.
Exclusive service: In the summer season, a beach chair reserved exclusively for your stay awaits you on the Weidefelder Baltic Sea beach.

Directly at the harbour of the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz, our maisonette flat "Marina Lounge" is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a semi-detached house and scores with fantastic views of the water! Your holiday home is located on the northern pier right between the Schlei and the resort's marina, which is accessible via the Baltic Sea. The resort's own beach is only 200 metres away and the large, natural Baltic Sea beach is in the neighbouring bay in Weidefeld (2 km away).
The Baltic resort of Olpenitz is part of the town of Kappeln. The town centre is only 7 km away and offers many sights (Schlei-Klapp Bridge, Europe's only still functioning herring fence, St. Nicholas Church, the Amanda windmill with historic sawmill and the museum harbour) as well as many restaurants, cafés, boutiques and shops that invite you to stroll around
The "Ostsee Resort Olpenitz" is being developed from the former Olpenitz naval harbour. Infrastructure such as marina buildings, restaurants and roads are planned or under construction. Work on the development will continue in 2018/19 and the following years, so construction activities on the site and in the neighbourhood can be expected.

Our vacation
Agency, especially Ms. Rausch = Super!! Good, extensive, tasteful, and high-quality furnishings. Great extras: wine fridge, candles, spices, tabs, dish soap, guest gift, sauna towels and bathrobes, blankets, etc. Coffee "Alte Schmiede" & their delicious treats including jams. Please do not take improvement notes negatively, e.g. Replace toilet brush holder, microwave cover for large cups was missing, make rain function of the rain shower and tablet for smart home operational, did not work smoothly during our stay.

Beautiful vacation!
Very nice furnishings, attention was paid to details. Despite construction noise, it is quietly located! Additionally, all the essentials needed for the week are available.

Everything's great!
The very high-quality furnishings, the cleanliness, the view from all rooms, the quiet, the surroundings, the comfortable beds, the very nice landlords - we liked everything very much! The possibility to use a private beach chair including a parking space during the main season is great. We find no criticism for improvement.
