The well-equipped, detached country house is located in the province of Florence in the heart of Mugello, in a hamlet of Borgo San Lorenzo, the main town of Mugello.
Idyllically situated on a hill at 500 m altitude with breathtaking panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside with the typical vineyards and olive groves, the property with 500 m² of living space offers the ideal ambience for a wonderful holiday with plenty of space for max. 18 (14 + 4) people in 7 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms.
The house is ideal for parties and weddings with up to 18 (inside) and 30 (outside) persons.
Interior:
The quiet, two-storey country house made of natural stone is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday. It has been sensitively restored, so the ambience of a historic Tuscan villa has been preserved. All rooms are elegantly and tastefully furnished with great attention to detail.
The ground floor consists of a large professional kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, a laundry room and a bathroom.
On the upper floor there is a spacious living room with large fireplace, another living room with TV, a dining area with capacity for 18 people, two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room, one double room with en-suite bathroom with tub, one suite with one double room, one twin room and a bathroom with shower.
Up to 4 beds can be placed in the bedrooms.
All bedrooms have fans and fly screens.
Outside:
The house is surrounded by an approximately 2000 m² fenced, Mediterranean park. For the preparation of the meals, which can then be taken under the shady pavilion, a barbecue is available.
About 10 meters from the house is the pool (6x12m, depth: m), with diving board and comfortable stairs into the pool. The sunbathing area with wonderful panoramic views offers the guests a lot of privacy, relaxation and recreation can also be found in the heated Jacuzzi - pool for about 4 people. Active movement is provided by a ping-pong table.

On the property is sufficient parking for 10 vehicles.
The driveway to the villa is easily accessible for all types of vehicles.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in Grezzano, a district of Borgo San Lorenzo, scarcely 40 kilometers northeast of Florence. The town was founded by the Romans and was the seat of a historic agricultural market and the site of the fighting between the Guelphs and Ghibellines. In 1906, the famous manufactory "Fornaci di San Lorenzo" was founded here by the brothers Chini for the production of ceramics, still today one can acquire handicraft products.
Nearby are two famous Medici villas, Trebbio Castle and Cafaggiolo Villa.
The country house is also an ideal starting point for visits to the artistic and cultural cities of the surrounding area such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Arezzo.
Nearby there is a large shopping center where you can buy clothing of the well-known modelables at low prices.
For the sporty ambitious guests excursions on foot, on horseback or by mountain bike are offered. In the vicinity golf (18 holes), horseback riding or tennis are possible.
The "Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello", owned by Ferrari, is certainly a highlight for all motorsport enthusiasts.
The nearest village with various shops and services, restaurant, pizzeria and bus stop is about 2 km away.
