Our beautiful tenement house Nova Zembla offers space for max. 9 people. In a cozy atmosphere, there is enough space for a large family on 145 square meters, to spend time on a rainy day in the house.
On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms: 2 x double bed and 1 x single bed.
The bathroom with large walk-in shower.
Kitchen: gas stove, large fridge freezer, large combi microwave with oven. Dishwasher, coffee maker. The dining table is extendable and you can comfortably dine with 8 people.
The bodententiefen windows on the ground floor fulfill the rooms with much light and cosiness.
Living-dining room with TV, stereo, DVD, cable connection, W-LAN.
The winter garden with a spacious entrance area, the upper floor where you can also linger.
Upper floor:
The large living-bedroom with 2 double beds or 4 single beds. TV with DVD. Here the children can also move back and play and chill in your realm!
The bathroom with bath for the little ones or to relax for the big ones!
On the large sheltered terrace, you can sit well and chill in the cozy lounge group until late in the evening at Mondesschein. Sunshades are available. On hot days the small terrace next to the house offers a shady place to rest.
The house with its 500 sqm plot is completely fenced all around, including 2 parking spaces. The large garden offers plenty of space for relaxing and playing for children.

Location and surroundings of object
Nova Zembla is located in the quiet holiday park Keizerskroon not far from the beach. Walking distance about 15-20 min. There is a football field, two small ponds for fishing and you can go by canoe or dinghy along the canals. Apart from long walks on the beach with great beach restaurants, there are plenty of excursion possibilities, sights and a great leisure offer for young and old. Julianadorp offers very good shopping, retaurants and cafes. You get everything on the spot. Everything is also easy to reach by bike, the great cycle paths through the dunes and along the canals invite you to leave the car.

Beautiful house with a lovely location
We were with three children and three adults and a large dog. The garden was great, plenty of space and also fenced. Because the house is not directly on the main road, there is also peace. The beach can be reached quickly and shopping opportunities are good.
recommend for: holiday with children, holiday with pet, holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday, beach holiday

Viel Ärger
Vacation had to be rescheduled due to lockdown. At the new date set by the landlord, we were informed two days before arrival that we had to leave a day earlier because he had double-booked. We had a few nice days, but unfortunately, the refund of the security deposit and the overpaid amount took place only after several phone calls and emails (4 weeks).

Urlaub mit Hund
Had a nice and relaxing short break in Nowa Zembla. The house was very nice, had everything you need. Our dog could romp and play in the garden as it was fenced. 50 meters away, there was a restaurant where excellent food could be had. Felt comfortable all around.
