Our 1500 square feets large and comfortable apartment in Berlin Pankow-Niederschönhausen offers a generous living room, up to 4 bedrooms with king-size-beds and 2 bathrooms.
The basic price is for 4 guests in two bedrooms, if you need single bedrooms please let me know before booking. This will have a fee of 15€ per room and night.
All listed prices are final prices including linen, hand and shower towels, cleaning, accommodation tax and VAT.
Access to the apartment and the apartment itself is infinitely.
The kitchen and living area offers not only a fully equipped kitchen. Here are also two dining areas with 8 and even four seats. From the kitchen leads to the terrace, this is about 270 sft in size.

Located near to the city-center of Berlin, about 20 minutes or miles from the center Alexanderplatz, offers a relaxing stay.
Pankow itself offers a large park, this is a few minutes walk away, with the castle Schönhausen, the Citizens Park and other attractions.
Shops for daily needs are plentiful in a minutes walk nearby. For every taste is catered for: Baker, Denns organic market, Edeka Center and certainly discounters.
Restaurants nearby: Italian, Greek, Chinese.

Up to 4 weeks before arrival - as a fee I will retain 20%, less than 4 weeks - 50%, less than 2 weeks - 100% of the final price. If I suffer a lesser loss, meaning the vacation apartment is rented under at least the same conditions, the fee is correspondingly reduced or waived entirely.

There are plenty of shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants within walking distance
Baker, butcher and of course the supermarkets Netto, Denns Bio-Markt, Edeka-Center, Rewe (with sushi bar).
Restaurants: Italian, German, sushi, Mexican, Greek, as well as the café-restaurant Auszeit (organic-vegan) and highly recommended Cafe Kubitza.

Very good apartment
We were 6 adults for 10 days at the Special Olympics in Berlin.
The apartment was perfect, very clean, very comfortable, very spacious with lots of space for everyone so we could live and stay very well in it.
Everything worked perfectly. The environment is perfect, very quiet with large parks and offers many opportunities to relax.
If we were to go to Berlin again, we would rent the apartment immediately.
Many thanks to Mr. B. for the great time we were able to spend in the apartment.

Berlin - always an experience
As a family with two teenagers we spent 6 great days in Berlin again. The flat is as described and is in very good condition. The size and cleanliness of the flat suited us very well. We felt very comfortable. We also liked the possibility to relax on the terrace in the evening in the very good weather. Special thanks to our landlord Mr Behnke (and his son) for the friendly welcome. There were many valuable tips. The connection to the centre is very good, but you have to plan about 35-45 minutes for the drive to the centre. Supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and butchers are all nearby. All in all, a wonderful flat with a very pleasant landlord.

Family holiday in Berlin
We stayed as a family with a total of 7 people for a week in this beautiful holiday flat. We felt very comfortable; everything was clean and very well maintained. After visiting the centre, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet there. We would like to come back again! A big thank you to Mr. Behnke!

Berlin - always worth a trip
We spent 4 great days in Berlin as a family (5 adults).
The vacation apartment is as described - very modern, bright, 2 beautiful bathrooms, 4 large bedrooms, everything you need - we felt very comfortable! The location is great, shopping facilities, restaurants (the Thai was very tasty!) directly in the area and the center of Berlin can be easily reached by bus and train.
