Base price is for villa (8+4) for 12 persons. Additional apartment (6+2) next to this villa you get should there be more than 12 of you. In total, this complex can accommodate 20 persons. Magnificent view of island of Hvar, village Sumartin, Peljesac peninsula and mountain Biokovo. BBQ by the pool which only you and your group can use. Parking spots available by the property. Villa contains two apartments together with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, vast terraces with private pool and balcony. Third contemporary apartment is next to villa and contains three bedrooms. three bathrooms, kitchen, living room, terrace. Property is 200 meters from nearest beach, 250 meters from the center. Ideal for: families, group of friends or colleagues. Pool is private for you and your group.
Security deposit of €500 must be paid in cash at arrival and is refundable at check-out. Thank you for understanding.

Wonderful family vacation
We stayed in this apartment with my extended family for 5 days. We were extremely happy with the place. The house is spacious and clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the staff was really kind and helpful, and the view is fascinating! The children loved the pool, we could barely get them out of it. :) It was the perfect place for us, we definitely recommend it!

Would recommend!
Our group of 16 had a great time at Tonči’s place, we absolutely enjoyed the wonderful apartments and it’s great location with the unbelievably stunning view. The apartment facilities were in a very good condition and the housing was very comfortable.
Tonči has been a very forthcoming host and didn’t hesistate to offer his help wherever he could.
We reccommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Croatia.

Wonderfull stay in Svmartin
Very nice pleace with a beautifull view around the bay of Svmartin. The location, the villas, the pleasure we had during our stay, make that place adorable for our vacantion on the island of Brac!

Great villa
Me and my family had a great stay in this absolutely lovely villa. The house got all you need (and a little bit more), was clean and had fantastic hosts that helped us with everything we needed. Sumartin itself was far over our expectations and has a lot to offer if you want a nice and quite holiday with great places to swim and cozy restaurants. Me and surely all of my family members would love to come back.
