Description

Wonderful sea view and calm atmosphere which one gets from this property, especially during the evening and night, when one can enjoy with friends and family in glass of wine while moonlight covers the sea and quiet place beneath, is something not to be missed. And above all, house is removed from the tourist bustle and surrounded with olive groves and trees giving you all needed privacy.

Renovated house with private pool, only 1 km from the sea and nearest pebble beach. Entire property: house and ~800 m2 plot. 6+2.

Property is equipped with full kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, vast terrace, private pool, garden and large parking spots for three cars. One bathroom is attached with bedroom at the ground floor.

Living room on the ground floor is the 3rd bedroom during the night as it has foldable sofa for two people. Each bedroom is air-conditioned. Second bathroom is detached from the house and contains washing machine.

Security deposit of €300 must be paid at check-in in cash. Thank you for understanding.

Paradise

We have arrived and fell in love right away. Beautiful island. Dream accommodation with a view of the harbor of Sumartin. We had a wonderful 11 days at Dzoni. Thank you again for the very nice hospitality. We lacked nothing.

The perfect view of Holiday

We were in the accommodation for just under 10 nights now in September 2021. We were super super satisfied all round. The whole contact was always super fast and absolutely friendly. When we arrived, we were even picked up and shown everything again. There were towels for the pool and the bathroom. Washing-up liquid etc. Things we had not expected. It was also super clean and smelled very good. There is a small town with grocery shops and restaurants nearby. For a bit of shopping you have to take the car. The pool with lighting is a dream !!!! We were thrilled all around and very satisfied. Hope for a next time

In addition, it was super clean and smelled very good. There is a small town with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. You have to take the car for a little shopping. The pool with lighting is a dream !!! We were completely enthusiastic and very satisfied. Hope for a next time

Dream holiday

We had a very nice time in this house! Everything was very clean. The outdoor area completely convinced us and was like in the pictures
For any insects, we can recommend an autan as there are a lot, especially in the evening.

Peaceful sanctuary with great view

We were looking for a family getaway and we were not disappointed. The house has been restored lovingly and represents an appealing mix of old and new. The kids had fun in the pool all day and the grown-ups were able to sit under the grapevine covered pergola and enjoy the view out over the little town of Sumartin and the Adriatic. A special feature is the 'Outhouse', an outdoor shower/bathroom with a washing machine which came in handy as we got out of the pool. The house has plenty of space and is well equipped. Be aware, though, that the only bathroom indoors is downstairs while the bedrooms are upstairs. Our host was very friendly and accommodating and check-in as well as check-out went smoothly. Thank you for a lovely week, we'll definitely be back.

Beach Holiday and Relaxation in Brac Island

My husband and I (in our 30s), accompanied by my parents (in their late 50s), stayed at Tonci's place for 1 week. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our host who provided us with many details about the best restaurants and activities on the island. The house is located within a 10-minute walk of the town Selca, a beautiful small town with charming restaurants, grocery stores, wine/olive oil/cheese tastings, a pharmacy, and more. The house is quite nice, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The neighbors are quiet (if even there), the pool is stunning in order to have the ease of relaxing by the water without the hassle of getting everything together to go to the beach. We bought some fresh fish from the close town of Sumartin (less than 5km) and BBQ'd one evening. And in general just enjoyed an extremely relaxing week with beautiful surroundings and complete privacy.

Fabulous, peaceful and lovely

We had such a great stay in Selca. Our welcome was very friendly and having the owner's phone number in case we needed anything was reassuring - though we didn't actually need anything.
The villa is well equipped, clean and lovely, and has the best shower I've used in a long time! The pool is fabulous and the views glorious. It was so good to be able to walk up in to the village to the shop, post office and restaurants. And so easy to nip down in to Sumartin - a lovely little harbour village. It's a beautiful island and we were made to feel welcome there.
