The Ilmhaus 2 is beautifully and idyllically situated on a small river that flows by and invites you to swim in summer. You can start at any time with a rubber dinghy or a canoe (must be brought along) for an unforgettable tour, starting in front of the house to the Weltenburg monastery
It was completely and lovingly renovated over a period of 7 months.
Here you can relax, find peace and enjoy your holiday. The house is lovingly furnished and as much as possible of its origin has been preserved
Outside is a beautiful large outdoor area directly on the water with a nice barbecue area.
Berths and seating for 6 people are available.
Ilmhaus 2 is equipped with 1 triple room, 1 double room, 1 sofa bed, 1 living room with SAT TV, 1 dining room, 1 bathroom with shower and WC, 1 kitchen.
Right next to Ilmhaus 2 is the larger Ilmhaus, with room for up to 12 people.

Ilmhaus 2 is in a rural location in the small village of Gaden with approx. 100 inhabitants, but still very central and fairly centrally located in Bavaria. All major cities such as Regensburg, Nuremberg, Augsburg, Munich, Ingolstadt and Landshut can be reached quickly within 30-60 minutes.
At Ilmhaus 2 you will find the peace and relaxation you need to recharge your batteries and enjoy your holiday. Cycling, hiking or canoeing on the water can all be started right outside the door. You can start at any time with a rubber dinghy or a canoe (must be brought along) for an unforgettable tour, starting in front of the house to the Weltenburg monastery.

Recreation Dream
We immediately felt comfortable in the lovingly furnished house. It was very cozy and had everything you need to relax. The location is quite central. The Ilm behind the house is very soothing despite all the mosquitoes :) even the dogs felt very comfortable. Communication with the landlords was easy and uncomplicated, and payment was easy. We were more than satisfied, will definitely come back, and would definitely recommend it.
