Description
We spent three years completely renovating and furnishing the townhouse, built around 1890, with great attention to detail. In doing so, we placed great emphasis on ecological, high-quality construction and comfortable living. We deliberately chose natural materials such as clay plaster, lime paint and lots of solid wood.
A comfortable leather sofa, cooker and hi-fi in the living area, a gas hob, granite worktop and built-in radio in the open-plan kitchen, a floor-level rain shower, XXL mirror and built-in radio in the bathroom, high-quality mattresses and blackout curtains in the bedrooms as well as a quiet ventilation system, wall heating on every outside wall, underfloor heating on the ground floor for cosy warmth in the cold season are just a few rough features here.
The romantic inner courtyard with its spacious terrace, cosy seating area and barbecue invites you to linger after an eventful day. The wonderfully renovated "old coal shed" can be used as a bicycle garage, as a playhouse for children and children-at-heart or as a cosy shelter for smokers in bad weather.
The holiday home is very centrally located near the train station (5 minutes walk) and the water district (8 minutes walk). The sights of the city are within easy walking distance.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is very centrally located near the train station (5 minutes walk) and the water district (8 minutes walk). The sights of the city are therefore easily accessible on foot.
Within a radius of 20-500 metres there are four snack bars, a corner pub, a bistro with bar, an organic supermarket, an Aldi discount store, a drinks market, a restaurant, a small shop in the train station as well as in a petrol station (helpful if something is missing and other shops are closed), two bakers with café and breakfast facilities as well as another café.
From the station you can travel seasonally with the historic Heide-Express or free of charge with the Heide-Radbus to the Heide. You can also take the inexpensive regional train to Hamburg's main railway station in about 30 minutes.
The historic water district is an excellent starting or ending point for an extensive exploration of the city. Here, pubs and restaurants line up in picturesque surroundings. Night owls are also guaranteed to get their money's worth in the city with Germany's highest density of pubs.

Travel comfortably and stress-free by train to Lüneburg station, from where it is a 5-minute walk along Bleckeder Landstraße. By car, take the Bleckeder Landstraße bypass 4 / 209 exit in the direction of the city centre.

Beautiful holiday flat in Lüneburg
The flat is lovingly furnished and everything is in very good condition. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the old town or the train station. The landlord is a very pleasant man. We can recommend the flat without hesitation.

Arriving and feeling comfortable
An absolute recommendation for this holiday home!
This cottage has been extensively renovated and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The indoor climate is outstanding thanks to clay plaster, wall, and underfloor heating. Both the old town and shopping facilities are within walking distance.
For sensitive ears, the traffic can be heard in the bedroom facing the street, but there is also a bedroom facing the courtyard.
We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Cosy and well-furnished holiday apartment
We spent a few days in the cozy holiday apartment during the pre-Christmas period and felt very comfortable. We also liked the city of Lüneburg very much. The apartment is comfortably furnished, sustainability is a big focus here. We will definitely come back again.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

- state-of-the-art equipment (automatic water and power shutdown when leaving the house, automatic lighting and music activation in the bathroom; key safe at the front door, Sodastream ...)
- beautiful covered outdoor seating area behind the house with an atrium-like character;
- garden shed for storing and locking bicycles
- central location near the city center and train station; good shopping opportunities

Highly recommended.
The house is lovingly furnished, very well equipped and clean, within walking distance of the train station and the old town of Lüneburg. Even without a car, we could easily explore the surroundings and the Heide by bus and train. We stayed here in late summer and were delighted with the flat, the weather and the area. The landlord is very friendly and helpful.

Wohlfühloase
Das Haus ist modern aber trotzdem urgemütlich, es fehlt an nichts und man fühlt sich gleich zuhause. Besonders hat uns der kleine Innenhof gefallen, wo wir wunderschöne Abende verbracht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ferienhaus Lüneburg
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Austattung war sehr gut, der Fußweg in die Stadt war in knapp 10Minuten gut machbar. Bei offenen Fragen hat der Vermieter sehr zeitnah reagiert.

Beautiful holiday home in a central location
The high-quality, perfectly thought-out and very tasteful furnishings leave nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the holiday home with a clear conscience. We were very lucky with the weather and could enjoy the great terrace in the courtyard in the evening.
Everything was very clean and very tidy
The old town and the train station are within easy walking distance.
