Unit located in a land of about half a hectare.
Renovated in 2013 and constantly improving in furnishings.
The rooms, furnished with 2 beds each, if needed, given the size of the rooms, you can add a third bed or a cot, and then vacation up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are not included. We only rent the laundry exceptionally (train or plane trips) or upon request.
The kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, cups, etc ..,
pots and cups for coffee and other coffee making equipment.
The terrace and provided with table chairs also for eating outdoors or just relaxing.

The bungalow is located about half of a narrow peninsula between the lagoon and the Adriatic Sea, just a few meters from the beach and half an hour away from the city of Venice.
Although located in the vicinity of tourist activities and various shops (pizzeria, restaurant, tobacco and newspapers, groceries, etc.), the apartment, nestled in the green of a large and well-kept Mediterranean flora, is ideal for a deserved holiday.
Very close to the sea, with a short walk (150 meters) you reach directly the wide, clean and free beach of the coast.
For those who bring with the dog, there is the possibility to take advantage of the beach dedicated to our four-legged friends, about 250 m away from the apartment and within walking distance
Furthermore:
Boat trips and bicycle tours are a great alternative to discover unique environmental scenarios such as fishing valleys, barns and pine forests, paradise for birdwatchers. After leaving the coast, you enter the old and charming lagoon villages of Ca 'Savio, Ca' Vio, Treporti, Lio Grando, Lio Piccolo and Punta Sabbioni.
For lovers of art and history, Venice and its islands can be reached in a few minutes by private and public boats from Treporti or Punta Sabbioni.
Those who prefer nightlife, nearby Jesolo will find shops, restaurants and nightclubs open until late at night.

The accommodation is modern and furnished with attention to detail! We can recommend it without reservation! The hosts are friendly and helpful! The sandy beach is just great and the sea is wonderful! We will come to Cavallino-Treporti again!

Holiday near the beach in Cavallino
A very well-kept, family complex with clean bungalows and direct beach access 150 m through the campsite.we felt very comfortable and will book holidays with Mirko again
