Villa Lipa is located on the slopes of the hilly area in the old village of Jesenice, near the historical town Omiš, which is 10km away. In the neighborhood of only a few houses, you enjoy a quiet, natural environment, absolute privacy with the sound of bird song.
Due to the location villa offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Adriatic sea and the island of Brač. You can explore the mountains and hills where you can hike or just take a walk through the old village. In just 10 10-minute drives, you are on the beautiful pebble or sandy beach and on the Cetina river with lots of activities.
Villa Lipa is carefully designed and fully equipped for a modern and comfortable stay in each of the 3 whole interiors, that has plenty of natural light and big glass walls.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR offers a Bedroom No1 with two single beds which can be connected to the double, a family bathroom, a laundry with washing machine and dryer, a playroom with a sofa bed which can be used for sleeping arrangements for two people. The playroom is equipped with a game console PS4 and a projector, so this room has a double purpose. Next to the bedrooms is a sauna.
GROUND FLOOR consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, a living area with fireplace, a toilet, and a direct exit to the pool area with a private, heated infinity pool, six lounge chairs, and a summer kitchen with grill and outdoor dining area.
FIRST FLOOR includes three bedrooms, each with an en-suite luxury bathroom and with air conditioning. Master Bedroom No2 has a huge bathroom with a shower, bath, two sinks, a bidet and toilet, an exit to the balcony with outdoor furniture, and a magnificent sea view. Bedroom No. 3 has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and sea views. Bedroom No. 4 is a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony.
There are 4 parking places secured on private property.
