Description
CASA NOCI is nestled between a vineyard and a walnut plantation, with a gorgeous view of the hilly landscape and the small village of MERGO, which is beautifully illuminated at night.
on the almost 4000 sqm large and completely fenced ground you will find various terraces and the 60 sqm large saltwater pool, 15 x 4 meters.
the property consists of 3 restored buildings, the approximately 300 years old, former FARMHOUSE, an equally old NEUEBAUDUDE (former remise and pigsty) and the approximately 75 years old FIENILE.
all buildings have been lovingly restored from 2006 to 2012 and equipped with state - of - the - art technology at the same time.
the OLD BUILDINGS in the style of their time, the facade in FACCIA VISTA. ie old plaster has been removed and the stone bricks have been added.
handmade cottobots, wood travi, arco, etc.
in the parterre of the farmhouse there are 2 apartments, EMMA and ARTURO, each for 4, max. 5 people
they are separated by a sound-proof sliding door, but can be connected within 5 minutes !! see the ARTEM!
ARTURO is located in the 300 year old, former farmhouse, in the parterre, on the WESTSEITE.
it is therefore the COOLEST APP. !! the sun comes in the summer only around 14:30 on this page !!
both apartments have a bedroom with 2 beds, which can also be placed very easily. in the living room is a good, comfortable sleeping sofa, 160 cm wide, with mattress.
in addition, an additional mattress folding bed can be provided in the case of need for 3 children. in this case the price increases by € 15 per day.
both apartments are fully equipped, have fridge with separate freezer and a dishwasher. the existing washing machine plus dryer can be used against a small nursing home.
in the rent is ALL INCLUSIVE !! electricity, gas and heating anyway! bed linen (change 14-day) bath- and kitchen towels (change weekly). toilet paper and also dishwasher tabs.
in addition we provide bath towels for the pool.
TECHNOLOGY:
FLOOR HEATING:
all living units have floor heating.
living rooms and bedrooms are separated by 2 thermostats separately.
we heat with a HEAT HEAT PUMP HEATING. the current is mainly supplied by the PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM integrated into the roof of the fienile.
this economical and ultra-modern way of heating - without any fossil fuels - allows us to offer the apartments even in the cooler months - WITHOUT HEATING SUPPLEMENT.
kamin-holzöfen (nordic furnaces) in every apartment (instead of open chimneys) bring even more comfort.
this is far and wide the only terrestrial heat pump with heat pump !!
SAT-TV / W-LAN
with all German programs and access to the wireless W-LAN is free of charge for the guests.
SALTWATER POOL
15 mx 4 m.
the plant is automatically controlled by a dosage for the ph value and a salt plant, which works by means of salt and electricity, electrolyze, and regulates the chlorine content. we need only in exceptional cases - extreme heat and additionally very many guests - a little extra chlorine.
from the pool or around the pool you have a wonderful view of the village.
there are enough sun loungers and umbrellas available. fresh water - solardusche.
The pool is mostly open from mid May to mid October. if the weather allows, even earlier, resp. longer.
TERRACE
each apartment has two terraces on its own. of course, they can sit together with other guests, they MUST, but do not have to !!
GRILL
a charcoal WEBER-KUGELGRILL with various accessories - grillbesteck, grillhandschuh, special steakrost, pizzaplatte, anfeuerkamin - is available to all guests free of charge.
wood charcoal and lighter can be purchased here, then they do not have to transport any remains home.
KITCHEN
the kitchens are fully equipped. a number of additional appliances are also available free of charge.
CAPACITY
the system is small, max. 10 people at the same time.
LANDLORD
the tenants live on the ground and are always with advice and act to the place.

WHAT MAKES THIS ACCOMMODATION UNIQUE:
CasaNoci is situated in a quiet and yet close to the village (with a nice view of the village) on a small, narrow and paved street, 1 km from the village center. Guests with bicycles, especially with CYCLES will appreciate this. the narrow racing tracks do not like the natural roads ...
the whole area is known in a wider circle among cyclists who appreciate a challenging, slightly hilly environment. it's an excellent training area !!!!!
10 walking or 2 autominuten away, there is a LEVENSMITTELADEN at the village place. mo-sa from 7:00 o'clock open, fresh BREAD from 7:30. in the summer also at the SUNDAY a few hours open !!
also 2 VERY GOOD LOCAL, an OSTERIA, open only in the evening (SA + SO also at noon) and a TRATTORIA / PIZZERIA with bar, open throughout from 7 o'clock !!
another 4 RISTORANTI can be reached in 4-6 autominuten.
on arrival you will receive an extensive list with LOCAL, also at the sea.
in about 12 minutes you can reach countless supermarkets and small specialty shops, such as a PASTA FRESCA, with daily fresh pasta.
you get a detailed list with the best shopping possibilities in the area.
the next entrance to the SS 76 road is only 3 km away, at VAL D'ESINO. nevertheless you can not see and hear them !! so you can reach the beach of SENIGALLIA in 35 min., AIRPORT ANCONA in 25 min. to reach.
to the beautiful MONTE CONERO, the steep coast south of ancona with many, some secluded bays, it is about 50 min. but the ride is worth it !!
in the immediate environs are many small and large towns with traffic-calmed CENTRO STORICO, the historical old town.
JESI, FABRIANO, MONTECAROTTO, SERRA SAN QUIRICO, CORINALDO, MACERATA, etc.
to the center of SENIGALLIA with the big market (daily mo-sa, the really big market is always on thursday) and a busy old town they drive comfortably in 45 minutes.
day trips to ANCONA, URBINO (world cultural heritage), FERMO, GROTTE DI FRASSASI, MACERATA or FABRIANO with the famous papiermuseum, are worthwhile destinations.
after GUBBIO (located in umbrien) it is only 1 autostunden., in the beautiful ASCOLI PICENO it is about 2 hours.
cultural offers are currently being discontinued. you can get a lot of material from me here.
depending on how you are interested, also destinations like RAVENNA are not too far and worth a day trip!
you can spend a quiet, but not secluded holiday here, combine culture with sport, or just relax by the pool .....
thanks to the location and a very good infrastructure, they are fast at the sea or in the resorts, on the markets, etc.
and still there is no rummel .......

at the fireplace the feet up and out .....
to rest - to think - to sleep - to write - to paint - to cook - to eat - to walk - through the places to stroll - etc.
the late autumn and winter are very quiet, you can go on the 13 km long and at this time as good as empty sandstrand of senigallia for hours jogging, walking, walking.
already from the middle februar there can be wonderful warm days. a snack in a wind-sheltered, sunny corner lets you forget the hard winter in the north .....
excursions to RAVENNA, VENICE, ROME (with the FRECCIABIANCHA in 1:58 to reach !!) FLORENCE, SIENA, PERUGIA, ASSISI offer also in the winter. they have a very special charm in the winter months!

In love with Mergo
Admittedly, the small Italian village of Mergo, which sits picturesquely on a hill surrounded by vineyards, was unknown to me until recently, just as the Marche region remained completely unknown to me. So I was and am all the more delighted to have been able to get to know Mergo. Perhaps even a little more, perhaps I have fallen in love
Suzanne's holiday flat was our nest, a retreat from everyday life and a base for excursions into the region. Wonderfully situated with a view of the greenery, Casa Nocci is what I imagine to be almost perfect for a quiet holiday. The flat Arturo is renovated just right, modern and comfortable, but with old kept elements like oak beams that show that you are living in the history of an old farmhouse
And the well-kept garden, maybe even more like a park, is a source of peace and nature. To make sure it wasn't too idyllic, as we were the only guests, I didn't miss the chance to do an ass bomb in the wonderful salt water pool at least once a day
Suzanne was great. She had given us important valuable tips for the area, took care of us and was just a great hostess.
I am sure we will be back, anything else would be bigger nonsense. And when we have had enough rest in Casa Nocci again, we will look at all the wonderful towns like Urbino, which were missed out this time. And the wonderful white wine of the region has to be drunk by someone.
