There are two houses for rent in the same complex! New semi-detached house with two floors in a residential complex consisting of 4 houses, near the magnificent Playa Crystal in a quiet area of Pino Alto (Miami Playa) about 25 km from Salou and Port Aventura, the second largest amusement park of Europe. It consists of a living room, 3 bedrooms, separate kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, two bathrooms and a toilet. Distribution: On the ground floor there is a living room, separate kitchen, a toilet. On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom and another bathroom. The house is equipped with air conditioning, there are two large terraces, garage, barbecue. The complex has a swimming pool and a garden area.
The 120 m² townhouse is in a cozy complex of recent construction by the 10 owners, 350 m from the Cristal beach, 150 m from a large supermarket. It is located in the Pino Alto area, the most beautiful area of Miami Playa.
The final cleaning fee is €75. The fee for providing bed linen is €25.

The great advantage of the house is that to go to the beach does not need to cross neither the railroad nor the road.
Pino Alto is the only area of Miami Beach where guests can enjoy this advantage.
The house is newly built, is very spacious and sunny. It is decorated in rustic style, modest and comfortable. It is very close to the beach and also near the port of Hospitalet del Infante.
Our guests can enjoy the fantastic Playa Cristal or walk to the port where there are cafes, bars and nightclubs.

Close to the beach, perfect for a vacation with children.
We were super happy! It was one of the most relaxing vacations with our children. The landlords are very nice and have provided everything you need for a holiday with toddlers (high chair, crib etc.) and were also very helpful otherwise. They even had safety gates, so the apartment was really childproof. The house is very quiet and located close to the beach, which is relatively large and also has a children's playground. There are also a few nice cafés nearby. All in all, very suitable for a family vacation.
