This beautiful holiday home in a natural garden in a wonderful location was built in 1965. In recent years, the house has been completely modernised, so that it now has 62 sqm of living space. A storeroom and a carport of 24 sqm belong to the house. The plot is 1768 sqm, there is direct access to the bathing beach. On the land side there is an open field. There are good fishing, water sports, hiking and bathing possibilities, is very suitable for children.
