The apartment offers two bedrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and two balconies with beautiful sea views.
Outside, you can enjoy a well-kept Mediterranean garden, a swimming pool, whirlpool, sun loungers and a barbecue area with garden furniture. The fenced property provides plenty of space for children, while adults can relax by the pool and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Private parking is available directly at the property.

Cape Kamenjak Nature Park, one of the most beautiful coastal areas in Istria, is approximately 4 km away. With its crystal-clear sea, numerous coves and small beaches, it is ideal for swimming, cycling, walking and exploring the coast.
The location is especially suitable for families and guests who want to enjoy a quiet seaside holiday while staying close to Pula and the main attractions of southern Istria.
