Very beautiful house
We were very satisfied with the house! It lacked nothing. Damir Holek was very nice and completely uncomplicated! The terrace above has a wonderful view of the mountains and the bay! The pool is quite large. For kids, the playroom with the PS console and foosball table, as well as 2 fitness devices, is great! The air conditioning cools quickly and is very quiet, top! The house is very centrally located. Supermarket, bay, and restaurants all within a few minutes' walk! We really enjoyed it, and we can absolutely recommend the house! Thank you very much.

: Super nice
: We were four in this beautiful and very well-equipped house. You really won't miss anything here, the house is located in a quiet but still central area. It's a 2-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and about 5 minutes to the nearest beach. It's ideal for families with children/teenagers. Dogs are also welcome and can move freely on the fenced property. The owner, Mr. Holek, is very nice. Thank you for this relaxing and beautiful vacation.

The house is very well maintained and well equipped! The landlord was always available and very helpful

Beautiful and relaxing vacation
Everything was perfect for us. We felt at home right away. Having our own pool was a dream come true for us, and we made great use of it in the continuously beautiful weather. The house is centrally located, and you can quickly reach the small supermarket, the beach, or a restaurant on foot. Our dog also felt very comfortable. The sea there is fantastic, and the dog beach was really nice. I have two improvements to mention. Insect screens on the windows and balcony doors (due to the many mosquitoes) and a second sunshade for the outdoor dining area.
Mr. Holek offered us a tour of Rijeka, which we gladly accepted :-)
A successful holiday where we could relax well. We would love to come back. Best regards

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
We felt very comfortable in this house.
We liked it, the way to the dog beach was a bit further away but it was very nice.
The beds were comfortable and the house was well equipped,
only loungers could have been on the beautiful property.
All in all a very successful holiday. Happy to come back :)
