Very nice accommodation, elegantly furnished. There were Belgian chocolates, wine, and many roses as a welcome. The kitchen is well-equipped. The driveway to the garage is a bit tricky with large cars. We have been in the apartment 3 times already and would be happy to return.

We have now been to this accommodation for the third time. Every time feels like "coming home" for a temporary time in a different place. You feel very comfortable from the first second of arrival until departure. In the very beautifully furnished apartment, there is really EVERYTHING you need - nothing is missing (even if you happen to forget something). The numerous gestures from the hosts (such as fresh flowers, snacks, etc.). ) as well as "extras" (such as coffee pads, a "basic supply" of coffee milk and sugar, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, cotton swabs, laundry detergent, etc.) are also not a given. The bed linen included in the rental price of the apartment and a more than adequate number of towels or beach towels complete the extremely positive overall impression. Nora and Rob (whom we briefly met twice during our departure) are really very sympathetic, nice, and perfect hosts - respect! MANY thanks to both of you! The apartment is very well and high-quality furnished. There were plenty of towels, cleaning and washing supplies, toilet paper, and kitchen roll. Flowers, coffee, wine, sweet and savory treats for the welcome are not often found. Everything was spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, the heating system in the entire building was largely out of service - thankfully not affecting the hot water. We had reported that it was getting quite chilly in the apartment. The next day, the owner visited us directly and brought blankets and 2 new and powerful space heaters. We didn't expect that - thank you again. We will definitely come back!

This spacious apartment is beautifully situated overlooking the sea and the beach. Visually, the apartment impresses with its sophisticated room layout and very successful various decorative accents. We have truly found everything here that is necessary for a successful holiday. From small items like cotton swabs, laundry detergent, dishwashing utensils, dishwasher pods, coffee pods, sweets, wine, and much more to ironing boards with irons, washing machines with dryers, clothes racks with pegs, dishwashers, and much more, the host's desire for the holiday guests to feel comfortable was palpable. You really don't need to bring anything except clothes here. I have never experienced such a perfect equipment in my 61 years, and I have really seen a lot of vacation rentals. We will come back, that's for sure, because it just can't get any better. The view is fantastic, the balcony is furnished with comfortable seating.

There is simply nothing to complain about Sterflat 215! We have now been in this apartment for the third time and will come back. The apartment is a guarantee for a great holiday experience, especially in somewhat moderate North Sea weather ;). It starts with the suitcase trolley in the garage, which saves multiple trips with the elevator, seamlessly continues with the wonderful little touches that are available in the kitchen and bathroom for the guests, including the bed linen included in the price, plenty of fluffy towels (and toilet paper), clean (!!) Cozy blankets in the living room, a kitchen equipped with everything one could wish for, and a perfectly arranged apartment with ample storage space and high-quality furniture make guests' hearts beat faster. Additionally, there are books, games, cleaning supplies, and even a heater in the bathroom (which is not common in the Sterflat apartments). The bed is comfortable, and the couch and reading chair are as well. Bravo! Team Rentals was, as always, friendly, helpful, and competent - it couldn't be better.

Each had their own special attributes - overall, we always felt very comfortable in the complex. At this point: The handling and service from Rental Egmonds were always perfect and reliable. However, this apartment (215) has been our favorite of all the ones we have seen in Sterflat so far. It's hard to top something like this - and we would currently prefer to choose and book it again. Compliments, respect, and a heartfelt thank you to the owners or hosts for a very special living environment - everything is really beautifully coordinated.
