Description

The flat consists of a bedroom, a large living/bedroom, a separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 plate ceramic hob, fridge with 1* compartment, microwave and mini oven; and a daylight bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer.

The large living room is equipped with a dining area, a sofa bed (140x200 cm), 2 armchairs with footstool, colour SAT-TV and Blue Ray Player , with exit to the sheltered secluded terrace, with seating for up to 4 people, which is also suitable for barbecuing (grill is available).

The lawn in front of the terrace offers children the opportunity to play.

A storage room for bicycles and a car parking space (directly in front of the house) are also available.

You can reach the beach, therapy centre, indoor wave pool, mini golf course and the spa clinic in just a few minutes on foot!

Smokers are welcome, but out of consideration for other guests, please smoke outside, by the front door or on the terrace.

A!! A dog is also welcome, but the beds, couch and armchairs are of course reserved for humans.

The meadow by the house is also used by other guests and their children. We kindly ask you not to let your dog do its business on the property and, if a mishap does occur, to dispose of it in the residual waste bin (grey). Kicking mines are not particularly popular. Dogs are not allowed in the other flats and it would be a shame if we had to decide against renting "with" dogs at some point. Thank you for your understanding.

Location and surroundings of object

The flat is about 250 m from the dyke, behind it is the bathing beach and the dog beach immediately. Several restaurants are within 20 - 300 m, bakery within 100 m. The train station Norddeich Mole is about 750 m away
Lidl, Combi, Aldi and McDonalds are about 3 km away. Drive to the shopping street in Norden (car-free - 4 km) for a stroll.

Visitor's tax high season € 2,50, low season € 1,20, for adults from 16 years, children are exempt. Exempt for handicapped persons with a degree of disability of 80 % or more, free for companions with corresponding entry.
Arrival after 8 pm additional € 20,00 payable to the service.

Surroundings of the holiday flats

The town of 26000 inhabitants offers everything from sightseeing and shopping to a wide range of leisure activities. Norddeich, situated directly at the sea, has a sandy and green beach of about 14 ha. If the sea has once again "gone to sea", just spend a nice day in the wave park in Norddeich.


Cyclists have the opportunity to pursue their hobby on signposted cycle paths with extensive cycling tours
If you prefer to stay on foot, in addition to the footpaths in Norddeich you can also use the dyke paths for a walk.
Norddeich also has its own harbour, which is not only there to "look at", but also serves as a starting point for excursions
You can take tours from the mainland to the nearby islands (which can also be seen from Norddeich in good weather) or visit the seal banks. Especially in the high season, ships leave almost every hour for Norderney and 1 x daily for the island of Juist; you can find exact sailing and excursion times on the Frisia Reederei website.

And those arriving with their dog can visit the dog beach.

This apartment can only be recommended, it has everything you need, bakery, fish shop, beach all nearby. Excursions are particularly beautiful. Norderney, Greetsiel, etc. Dear family Korte, we liked it very much, the service from Mr. Pilger was all nice and sufficient. We will definitely come back again. Best regards, Fam. Federmann
