Description
This cozy, freestanding holiday home with guest apartment is situated on a walking distance from the dunes (10 minutes), the beach and the bustling city center of Renesse (20 minutes). The beach is only five minutes away by bicycle. In the high season you can also use the free electric beach bus.
In the sunny, completely fenced garden with a lot of privacy, after a day at the beach, you can let the evening end on one of the sun loungers, while the children have fun on the trampoline.
The house is on the edge of the small park De Horizon. For the little ones there is a play garden in the park. The park is a stone's throw away from the nature reserve De Vroongronden. Here you can bike through a wild dune landscape, amidst wild cattle, horses and deer.
From the hallway you enter the tastefully furnished living room with a comfortable seating and dining table. There is a digital television with many channels. From the living room, you enter through the swinging doors the garden with a garden seating group for six people, a picnic table and two sun loungers. Here you can start with fresh bread rolls the day and complete with a good glass of wine and barbecue. Even if the weather slows, you can sit outside on the porch.
The open kitchen is generously equipped, including a 4 burner gas cooker, an oven with grill, a dishwasher, a fridge / freezer combination and a microwave.
In the main bedroom is a double bed (160x200) and enough closets.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
The guest apartment with two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with double bed (140x200) is located in the garden. It also has a bathroom with shower, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine.
Both houses are centrally heated. There is free Wi-Fi. There are parking spaces for two cars on the property.
Near the park De Horizon is a supermarket (about 300 m.), Which is open during the season. There you can buy your fresh bread rolls and your newspaper in the morning.
Due to its location between the lively center of Renesse and the beach, this holiday home is the ideal starting point for a holiday on the seaside coast.

The Brouwersdam (Grevelingenmeer) with its fantastic conditions for water sports of all kinds (kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing, beach sailing, kite buggy, fishing, diving) is about 10 minutes away.
