In the newly renovated house built with ecological clay construction, we achieved a particularly good comfort climate for our guests as well.
The Spinnstube holiday apartment:
It is high-quality and tastefully decorated in Franconian style. With many small details, one feels transported back to the "good old days." There, besides historical pieces of furniture, it offers modern amenities, allergy-free beds, a safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a room folder with many excursion tips. The Kilianshof - experience guaranteed!

If you need a holiday, want to relax and even better, want to be pampered (with Franconian cuisine, a treat!) - you should definitely visit Kilians-Hof! A friendly welcome from the hosts is guaranteed, tips for excursions of all kinds are included and the holiday flat with bathroom and toilet is cosy, inviting and equipped with everything holidaymakers need. The hit of our holiday was the llama hike, an unforgettable experience! And the landscape around it, simply beautiful and definitely worth a trip!

Nice holiday flat, nice holiday.

The outdoor flat has a large living room with kitchen (sink, induction hob, oven and microwave), dining table and sofa (pull-out) with TV. The bedroom has 3 beds (double bed and sofa bed). The bathroom is modern with a large shower.

Happily again.

We stayed for one night as tour hikers. The pizza was very tasty, the tour of the farm was very interesting, and the apartments are beautifully decorated with a lot of love. The hosts are very nice.

Happy to do it again!

We hiked for 4 days over Easter and only stayed one night at Kilianshof – but even during the phone calls, the hostess was very hospitable and accommodating. As we were on foot in the Haßberge region, her invitation to a barbecue in the evening (even vegetarian for me) was a true blessing. The family beautifully restored the house, the room was lovingly decorated down to the last detail, and the homemade food (bread, jam, cake, salads...) ) a real pleasure! However, the best part was the animals: small baby kittens and the many amusing-looking llamas, which you could even pet, and from their fur, Frau Dittmann even makes comforters. (I have one – my daughter likes it)
Thank you from Bamberg to Serrfeld and see you next time for llama hiking!

Wonderful holiday flat

We stayed as a family of 5 in the maid's chamber for 1 week. We were greeted by a lovingly designed, spacious flat with everything we needed. The cats on the farm, the personal care and also the extensive service offer (from thick folders full of excursion tips, hiking and road maps to breakfast or cake offers to homemade apple juice, jams or sugar creations) were great.

Everything fitted, very nice accommodation at a good price

The farm is lovingly restored and the landlords are simply nice and accommodating. I found the view of the llamas simply beautiful. You can do a lot. Unfortunately you need a car... but the landlords can't do anything about that. We went hiking and swimming and enjoyed the peace and quiet. But you can also visit many castles and neighbouring towns. Our landlords gave us good tips.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

We were very lucky to spend a few beautiful vacation days at the Dittmann family's place, especially with wonderful weather. The new, bright gallery apartment (Mägdekammer) was very clean and cozy, equipped with everything your heart desires. We felt very comfortable there. We immediately connected with the family and spent cozy hours with them. The absolute highlight was the llamas and the llama hike. The Dittmann family also gave us many good tips for our vacation. We will definitely come back. The area is also very beautiful, we went on very nice hikes, visited castle ruins, ate well, and enjoyed the tranquility.

Everything great

We especially liked:
- The hospitality of the family
- The room decor (ecological, tasteful, top amenities, attention to detail)
- Breakfast (we tried everything - it was great)
- Leisure activities available (we did a felting course and llama trekking, loved it all!)
- Group barbecue and entertainment (lots of tips on baking bread, making jam, etc. We got a lot of valuable information). We have decided to come back to take a bread-making course.
