The modern and lovingly furnished holiday flat with separate entrance and a size of 120 square metres on two levels offers you a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor as well as a stylishly furnished living area with adjoining conservatory and garden.
Enjoy the best sleeping quality in the box-spring bed on the first floor of the two available bedrooms (one of them with TV).
Further facilities include a modern bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC, hairdryer and towels provided.
You will find a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.

Megaaaaa angry boss 😂
The house is highly recommended! It is immaculately clean, tastefully and high-quality furnished. It has a complete inventory, you really don't miss anything! The landlords were always there for us. Unfortunately, they live in Bavaria, otherwise they would surely be our friends. What more could you want? And then there's Nia. Such a sweet and chilled dog, that you unfortunately can't give treats to, even though you would like to. We think back fondly on the time in Pforzen!

Come in and feel comfortable!
A truly great vacation rental where you feel at home from the first minute. Lovingly furnished and decorated, the kitchen also offers everything you need. The beds are also wonderful, we slept very well! The landlords live right next door, we could always get tips for excursions or restaurants or just have a chat. Shopping facilities are available, the place is ideal for excursions in all directions. We can only recommend the accommodation and may come back ourselves!

Great holiday home full 5 stars in every area
We are 2 couples and stayed for 1 week in this beautiful, very clean and tastefully furnished holiday home.There are many possibilities for hiking or cycling.There is also a large supermarket and bakery in the immediate vicinity.The very friendly landlady gave us many helpful tips. A trip to Füssen is always worthwhile. We spent a great week and can absolutely recommend this holiday home. We will definitely come back again.
