The holiday home was completely renovated in 2017, has just been completed and is located on a 2500 sqm plot of land, in the immediate vicinity of woods and water.

The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower, covered terrace with garden furniture, sauna, barbecue, free Wi-Fi and parking space.

The historic Woltersdorfer tram is a 5-minute walk away and the city of Berlin can be reached in 25 minutes.

Absolute relaxation, we always love to come back :)

We were incredibly warmly greeted by Dirk and his parents. The stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation has everything you need and had a cozy atmosphere. We immediately fell in love with the alpacas and cats. Trips to Müggelsee and Woltersdorf, the lock and Falkensee will remain in our fondest memories. It was all around beautiful, we look forward to further visits to this holiday accommodation.

Small, cute guesthouse. Everything is available. I really felt very comfortable. Landlord and parents are super friendly and very accommodating. The highlight, of course, are the alpacas. I would love to come back here again.

Great transportation connections. Landlord's parents very helpful and friendly.
The holiday home is offered with 2 bedrooms, but they are only separated by a curtain. The sofa is sagging and therefore not suitable for sleeping, making it very difficult with 4 adults. The pool is located on the landlord's property and may need to be shared with the landlord's visitors. Depending on the weather conditions, in windy weather, the terrace table would need to be cleared of sand and dust every half hour. There are now 3 alpacas on the property, which are a highlight.

Hallihallo...dankeschön für die bewertung....die zwei schlafzimmer sind durch einen orhang getrennt und geht rein bautechnisch nicht anders und auf den bildern im vorfeld alles ersichtlich;)....aus meinem verständnis können 2 personen pro schlafzimmer übernachten, aber das sieht ja nun mal jeder anders, aufgrund von schnarschen oder so und übrigens sind es momentan alpakas auf dem grundstück, nur mal so...der pool steht ca 15m vom ferienhaus entfernt und geht aufgrund der vorhandenen kiefern nicht anders und nehme ich gerne aus dem angebot heraus, wenn das ein so grosses problem darstellt.

Small but fine holiday domicile

We were there with two adults and three children. We liked it very much. The cottage is lovingly and functionally furnished. You have everything you need. The highlight for the children was the pool. The transport links are great, and you can leave your car there if you need to. Otherwise, there are plenty of beautiful lakes, bathing spots or outdoor pools in the immediate vicinity
The landlord is really nice and helps with his knowledge where he can
In short, we had a great time and may come back again.

Christmas fairy tale

We spent the unforgettable holidays here! Cosy, a nice owner, everything uncomplicated and very happening. My pets were also very enthusiastic - they could watch the alpacas excitingly! Thank you very much! We want to come again!

Scam, you don't get your money back

We wanted to go on vacation there in October 2020 and had already paid for everything. But due to Corona, we couldn't travel. We had agreed with Mr. Langusch that he would transfer our money back, but until today, May 2021, we have not received anything. We have written to him several times, talked to him on the phone, and every time he made excuses, saying he was on vacation and would transfer the money as soon as he was back home. These were all just excuses. I would recommend paying a maximum of 50 euros, no matter how often you have been on vacation there.

Always a pleasure!

We felt very comfortable in the holiday cottage! The landlord (lives on the neighbouring property) and his parents (live on the property of the holiday cottage) were really nice and very helpful.
Our special highlight: the alpacas :)
The area is very quiet + just right for nature lovers.
Excursion destinations are easy to reach by public transport.
In my opinion, the holiday cottage is best suited for 2-3 people.
We liked it very much and will definitely come back again!

Always happy to!

We can only recommend this accommodation, very friendly landlords. Beautiful quiet family atmosphere and area. There are many possibilities and activities for all occasions in the area. We felt very comfortable and left this place with a heavy heart, which not only affects our children but also makes it hard for us, as unfortunately, even the most beautiful vacation comes to an end. But one thing is for sure, we will definitely come back. Thank you very much for these beautiful days with you.

great vacation

It was a lovely holiday and a very nice accommodation. Everything was available, there was plenty of space on the property, and the surroundings were very beautiful. One could simply feel comfortable. The landlord is very nice and always had suggestions ready for activities in the area. We were there with 2 children who were completely thrilled by the alpacas. All in all, it was a very nice holiday where everything fit perfectly. I can definitely recommend the accommodation and will definitely spend my vacation there again next year.

Beautiful small holiday home

We spent a short holiday here with the family and were completely satisfied. The house is very nicely furnished, the location is great and the landlords are very friendly. In short, we felt completely at home and would book again at any time. PS: Absolutely recommendable with a dog, the landlords are very fond of animals and the garden is perfect...our beagle would have liked to stay a few days longer :-)
