Dining area: table with 6 chairs, high chair for children, modern, open kitchen with 4 plates electric cooker, combi oven with integrated microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, water cooker, coffee machine, sandwhisper. Bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin.

1 large bedroom with a double bed x 2m, shelves. A beautiful, slightly steep wooden staircase with a handrail leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 further bedrooms: 1 room with 2 single beds a x m, 1 room with 1 single bed x 2m. Extra guest bed mattress to fold up. Flooring: laminate, bathroom and guest toilet: tiles.
Further equipment: central heating, in the living room additional floor heating, children's travel bed, laundry trolley, clothes dryer, cart, 2 ladies bicycles, washing machine is available in the garden house which can be used with, children's games for the beach, kites, etc. Large, beautiful, completely fenced garden with cobblestone Terrace, 4 garden chairs with cushions, 2 sun loungers, 1 umbrella, picnic table. The barbecue is allowed, but there is no garden grill. The two bicycles can be used but are not officially rented. Ie no claim to driving wheels. It is just a companion of the owners. If everyone leaves the wheels intact, the next tenants can also look forward to bicycles.

Holiday house in Sandepark in Groote Keeten.
The beach is only 600 meters away and so within walking distance. You can also rent bicycles on our site and thus explore the dunes.
In the summer, the beach pavilion invites you to linger, in winter the newly built restaurant at the beach. In the park itself there is a fishing pond, which is used by children to inflatively ride, a giant playground with football field (on the evening for evening young against old offer a match), a new playground with table tennis table and boule tracks.
About 4 km north is Callantsoog, one of the oldest seaside resorts in North Holland.
