Fully fenced garden plot. The holiday home has been completely renovated and comfortably furnished.

1 bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed x 2 m. 1 bedroom on the upper floor with 2 single beds a x 2 m, which can also be put together.

The house has central heating. A steep aluminum staircase leads upwards. On the top is a wooden staircase.

Ground floor: living room with 2 comfortable two-seater leather couches (new 2013), SAT-TV flatscreen TV with German channels, DVD player. Separate dining area, radio CD player.
Open, modern kitchen. Equipment: refrigerator with small freezer, 4 plates gas cooker, washing machine and dryer in one unit, microwave, coffee machine, Senseomaschine, water cooker, toaster. Fire extinguishers.
Rear door.
Bathroom with shower, wash basin, WC and window.

Other: Wandsafe, Babybettchen.
Flooring: laminate floor, floor carpet floor, bathroom tiled.

Large garden with a sheltered terrace. Awning, garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue. Garden plot allround completely fenced, or densely grown. The garden house can be used. There are 4 bicycles (2 ladies and 2 men's bicycles). The bikes can be used, but are not an official part of the rental agreement, therefore no rent reduction reason if wheels should not be driving. Holiday house in Sandepark in Groote Keeten.
The beach is only 600 meters away and so within walking distance. You can also rent bicycles on our site and thus explore the dunes.
In the summer, the beach pavilion invites you to linger, in winter the newly built restaurant at the beach. In the park itself there is a fishing pond, which is used by children to inflatively ride, a giant playground with football field (on the evening for evening young against old offer a match), a new playground with table tennis table and boule tracks.
About 4 km north is Callantsoog, one of the oldest seaside resorts in North Holland.
