Very nice, tastefully decorated house! Distance to the beach about 600m

Very nice living room with modern leather sofa couch, 2chairs, flatscreen, cable TV, DVD player, radio, CD player, wireless internet access.
Dining area: dining table, 6 chairs. Modern, open kitchen. Equipment: electric. Ceramic hob, extractor hood Dishwasher, fridge with freezer, combi oven (microwave and oven), coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, blender
Bathroom with window: shower, sink and washing machine.
Toilet is separate with additional washbasin.

A steep wooden staircase with railings leads up to the top, where the 3rd bedroom is located with a double bed x 2 m.
Flooring: laminate, bathroom: tiles.

Further equipment: sauna, central heating, baby cot, high chair, radio alarm, ironing board, iron, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, fan. All pictures, which hang in the house, can be bought for sale. Price list is in the house.
They are paid to our administrator, Mrs Thea Feijen. Large, beautifully landscaped garden with a sheltered terrace. Garden furniture, parasol, stone grille.

Fully fenced plot. In front of the garden gate is a bicycle rack for 2 bicycles. The large garden house can be used. There is a cart, clothes dryer, furniture and 2 bicycles (1-wheel and 1 lady's wheel) with lock, which can also be are, however, not an official part of the rental agreement, so you should not find them driving , No claims can be asserted. Detached house for 6 persons in the Sandepark in Groote Keeten with sauna in the garden. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.
The beach is only 600 meters away and so within walking distance. You can also rent bicycles on our site and thus explore the dunes.
In the summer, the beach pavilion invites you to linger, in winter the newly built restaurant at the beach. In the park itself there is a fishing pond, which is used by children to inflatively ride, a giant playground with football field (on the evening for evening young against old offer a match), a new playground with table tennis table and boule tracks.
About 4 km north is Callantsoog, one of the oldest seaside resorts in North Holland.
