In the apartment is a cozy, fully equipped kitchen-living room. Two double rooms, one of which has a shower, the other has hot and cold running water, in this room there is an extra bed, which means there would be a triple room. Furthermore, there is a small single room without washing facilities, in addition, there is a toilet in the apartment, which can be used by all. Of course there is also a large balcony with panoramic view.

The apartment is located on the sunny side of Au, in the district of Rehmen, which is 800 metres above sea level. Between gentle hills, water-rich valleys and striking peaks, Au has a variety of hiking and biking trails and snow-sure northern slopes to offer for sporty nature lovers and families. Many activities and excursions in the immediate or wider surroundings are possible, there is something for everyone.

Winter
The ski areas Diedamskopf and Mellau - Damüls are not far from the apartment. Furthermore, you are only 17 km away from the largest ski connection Lech - Zürs + Warth - Schröcken. The Auenfeldjet connects the two ski areas Ski - Artberg and Warth - Schröcken since the winter season 2013/14, with a total of 87 lifts and cable cars, as well as 305 km of ski runs, it is the largest, connected ski area in Austria. The cross-country ski trail is right next to the apartment.
Summer
From 3 nights you get the Bregenzurwald - Card and can use it in the period from to the mountain railways, refresh yourself in one of the many swimming pools and make trips to the sights in the Bregenzerwald or in the cities of Bregenz and Dornbirn. In addition, there are discounts at numerous partner businesses in the region and this without stress and completely free - with the public buses in the region.

Delightful stay in a top location
For our winter sports, we (family of 5) chose Au (-Schoppernau) as our base this year. Mrs. Erath's apartment met our criteria. 3 spacious bedrooms, a (smaller) kitchen/living/family room. In the shed, space for skis and a heated ski boot dryer. Car can be parked in the driveway. The new kitchen is more than fully equipped.
A cross-country ski trail is right outside the door. The Au-Schoppernau ski area is 1.5 km away, the supermarket is 1 km away, and the Warth ski area (recommended!) ) 17km in Damüls (11km). All in all, enough ski kilometers (200 in total) for more than a week of skiing.
In short: a wonderful vacation with a super sweet, attentive, and friendly hostess. If we want to ski in the region again, we will definitely book Mrs. Erath's apartment!
