The cottage Ria, De Keizerskroon 327 stands on a private plot of 550 m², has a sunny fenced garden with garden furniture, barbecue and covered terrace facing south.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable seating corner, large dining table, flat screen TV with international channels and DVD player.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave / oven.
On the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs is a very large bedroom with a double bed (mattresses 90x200). In this bedroom is the 9/10. Bed.
There are also two bedrooms with two single beds each.
On the staircase is a walk-in wardrobe and a separate toilet.

The bungalow park "De Keizerskroon" is a quiet, extensive park and is very child-friendly. Nearby you can enjoy the beach and the sea. In the spring there are beautiful flower fields to admire. Nearby is a 9-hole golf course (A Status) Par 70 and a subtropical swimming pool. Den Helder is the departure point to Texel Island, the Maritime Museum and the International Rescue Action Museum. In Huisduinen you will find the Museum Kijkduin of Napoleon and the North Sea Aquarium.

Sorry, I would advise staying away. Price-performance ratio is not appropriate. Damages reported as early as 2018 have still not been repaired.

As a long-time guest, I would like to send you a brief message. It concerns the house of the company Gerard Ruiter in Holland.
We have booked the holiday home Keizerskroon Bungalow 327 there. Please, if you have the opportunity, check it out. Already in 2018, tenants complained about several things. Especially the heavy rain in the bedroom and several other issues. Offering the house for a price of 1,000.00 € is simply outrageous.
I have been vacationing in holiday homes in Germany, the Netherlands, and Denmark for 45 years. This house does not really fit into your idea. So far, we have only had good experiences with holiday apartments.

HANDS OFF!!!!
We booked this accommodation and could not arrive due to the Corona pandemic. No fault of the landlord.
We had booked a family WEEKEND from Friday to Monday during the vacation. As alternative dates, we were offered dates from Monday to Thursday outside of the vacation period at higher prices.
There was a general ban on accommodation for the landlord! We offered to waive the rental costs for him, as we can understand that the situation was not easy for landlords during that time. However, Mr. Ruiter refused to refund the deposit, final cleaning, and surcharge for dogs.
Furthermore, he does not respond to messages or calls.
Urgent advice: Stay away!

Unscrupulous landlord!
We are very disappointed with the landlord. During the Easter holidays, there was a travel warning in Germany and the Netherlands due to Corona, and we decided not to go to the holiday home. The landlord insisted on the full rental costs (probably rightly so, as a warning is not a ban) and did not make any concessions to us. We were only offered to reschedule the trip to another date this year, but only on dates outside the holiday period. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us as we have school-age children. This is already annoying enough, but it's not over yet. We have been waiting since April 17, 2020, to get our deposit, final cleaning, and tourist tax refunded as we had paid all the costs in advance. Unfortunately, the landlord has not responded to any emails since that time. I would not recommend this vacation home to anyone because of the landlord, and I am truly very sad about the thoughtless behavior.
