Lovely apartment, directly by the sea. You step out the door and are right on the beach. Good shower and everything has been well thought out. From the available Senseo pads to baking dish, everything is present.

Apartment 99 is well equipped. 2 bedrooms with good beds and mattresses. The bathroom is nice with a large rain shower. The living area is nice to look at with the blue sofa and sufficient for 2 people. The garage is large enough for an SUV and empty! so you can park completely. The location of the garage is also good for maneuvering. A big compliment to the Rentals team. We were allowed to check into the apartment earlier and also check out later. Thank you very much for that.

Very nice corner sofa, well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with two sinks, rain shower, towel warmer, good washing machine/dryer combo with quick program and separate toilet. Two front door keys were also practical. Very well-kept residential complex. Overall, a great vacation apartment. We would love to come back!

We felt comfortable and thus also recovered well. I have had some garage spaces in the Sterflat before. But this garage is superbly located with 1 electric gate...it doesn't get any better.

We have already been in the house and the apartment in December 2019. That's why we chose it again due to its location near the town/beach and the view from the living area/bedroom. The equipment hasn't changed significantly, except for the available TV programs.

Right by the sea, the view from the couch to the sea. Very lovely and well-kept apartment, the sanitary facilities were very clean and the bathroom was nice and spacious. Everything you need is there. The beds are very comfortable. Very close to shopping facilities and restaurants.

Since we were only the second tenants after the extensive renovation, it felt like moving into a completely new apartment. We booked the apartment based on the old pictures, so we were very surprised to find such an atypical but still cozy apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you can imagine; we have visited Egmond many times and after each stay, we have added something to our kitchen bag that we missed. This time we didn't need them at all. If the weather cooperates, you have plenty of sun on a great balcony after a long day until it eventually sets. All in all, we are very satisfied and have already said during our vacation that we will definitely try to get this apartment again for the next one.

The view from the window / from the balcony to the sea is simply fantastic. This can be enjoyed from one of the bedrooms, as well as from the kitchen and the living area. The apartment is well-equipped, we didn't miss anything.

We feel very comfortable in the beautifully furnished apartment. At first, we noticed the unpleasant smell in the shower again, but this improved after 1.5 weeks of use. The apartment is bright, friendly, and lovingly decorated.

The view from the top of the mountain was breathtaking. The snow-covered peaks stretched out as far as the eye could see, and the valley below was shrouded in a blanket of mist. The sun cast a golden glow over the landscape, painting the sky in hues of pink and orange. It was a scene of unparalleled beauty, a true testament to the wonders of nature.

We immediately felt at home in this apartment, as everything is present to make the stay complete! Beautiful view and a nice balcony to sit and enjoy a snack and drink. An added bonus is that the apartment is not noisy. We had an issue with a kitchen cabinet, and the service was super quick, another plus point. We will definitely come back...

We did not like that we had to pay an additional parking fee (10 euros) for the weekend (Sat/Sun) in Egmond, as there was a cycling race and a marathon taking place on those days. Additionally, it is worth noting that there was insufficient crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. As a result, the dishwasher had to run too frequently. Nevertheless, we are already considering our next vacation in Egmond.
