Unit housed in a building of about 180 square meters, spread over several floors.
Renovated in 2012 and constantly improving in furnishings.
The room is furnished with two single beds and, if necessary, given the amplitude of the room, it is possible to add a third bed or a cot. Bed linen and towels are not included. We only rent the laundry exceptionally (train or plane trips).
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, cups, etc.,
Pots and coffee filter holders and other coffee making equipment.
The terrace is stocked with table chairs and shaded by a wisteria plant.

The apartment is located about half of a narrow peninsula between the lagoon and the Adriatic Sea, a few meters from the beach and half an hour away from the city of Venice.
Although located in the vicinity of tourist activities and various shops (pizzeria, restaurant, tobacco and newspapers, groceries, etc.), the apartment is immersed in the green of a large and well-kept Mediterranean flora garden for a deserved holiday .
Very close to the sea, with a short walk (150 meters) you reach directly the wide, clean and free beach of the coast.
For those who bring with the dog, there is the possibility to take advantage of the beach dedicated to our four-legged friends, about 250 m away from the apartment and within walking distance

Great vacation with family connection!
Anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation in Italy on the Adriatic coast will be in good hands with Mirco Angiolin and his lovely family! Guests are warmly welcomed here! If you forget something, assistance will be provided - if you need help, someone will assist you - and you can also get leisure tips or bike routes! The property is clean and beautifully landscaped - just gorgeous! The flowers, palms, pine trees, and oleanders are simply delightful! The apartment is very clean and everything is available! Above all, you sleep paradiseishly in the beds! The mattresses are clean, nicely high, and well-padded! The beds are wide and comfortable! The fact that the campsite with its activities can also be used, and that you are quickly at the sea, is very attractive! We had a peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing vacation! We will come back!!!!

Recreation PUR...
We enjoyed our 2-week holiday from the first to the last day. Super nice landlords. This is the third time we have stayed with this host family. The property is beautifully landscaped and very appealing. The Adriatic beach is within walking distance. The host family contributes to a dream holiday with their friendliness and helpfulness. We can recommend the flat 100%.
