Description
On the ground floor of the house is the living area with a fireplace corner, a cozy sofa, and a TV with satellite TV (German and Spanish).
Adjacent in the living area is an open, fully equipped, high-quality kitchen with a dining area. This includes a dishwasher, a ceramic hob and oven, a large fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, as well as sufficient cooking utensils and dishes.
A sofa which could accommodate an additional person if necessary. In addition, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
The area on the ground floor has an air conditioning unit with cooling/heating function.
The washing machine is located in the adjacent room of the house.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor.
They are equipped as follows:
1 bedroom (children's room) with a bunk bed (75x170cm). So, 2 beds for children.
Built-in wardrobe and an air conditioner with cold/warm function.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Built-in wardrobe and air conditioning cold / warm (The beds can also easily be pushed together)
1 bedroom with a double bed (140×190), which is large enough for two adults and a toddler. (if needed)
Chest of drawers and air conditioning cold / warm. Additionally, there is a ceiling fan, which is ideal for people who cannot tolerate air conditioning.
The optimal occupancy is 5 - 6 people, however, if necessary, another person can sleep on the sofa. Additionally, the bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows,
so one can sleep without problems with the windows open.
A bathroom with a shower completes the upper floor.
One floor above there is the spacious roof terrace with a porch swing,
sun loungers and a sunshade.
There is also ample space to dry your laundry here.
All windows in the house are equipped with shutters and fly screens. If you enjoy cycling, you can do so with the 4 bicycles and a child's scooter
that come with the rental property (3 adult and one child's bike, 20").
Pets are welcome after prior agreement.

Great house
The house is recommendable, very clean and practically furnished, with good equipment , even with a longer stay one lacks nothing. Shopping facilities within walking distance, the surrounding area offers many paths for extensive walks, the salt lagoon is within walking distance.
Very nice and easy to reach landlords.
We are looking forward to the next time.
