Description
On the ground floor of the house is the living area with a fireplace corner and a cozy sofa. A television with satellite TV (German and Spanish).
Adjacent to the living area is an open, fully equipped, high-quality kitchen with a dining area. This features a dishwasher, a ceramic hob and oven, a large fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine, toaster, as well as ample cooking utensils and dishes.
A sofa on which, if necessary, another person could sleep. In addition, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
The area on the ground floor has an air conditioning unit with cooling/heating function.
The washing machine is located in the adjoining room of the house.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms.
These are equipped as follows:
1 bedroom (children's room) with a bunk bed (75x170cm). So 2 beds for children.
Built-in wardrobe and an air conditioning unit with cold/warm function.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Built-in wardrobe and air conditioning cold / warm (The beds can also be easily pushed together)
1 bedroom with a double bed (160×200), which is big enough for two adults and a small child. (if needed)
Wardrobe chest and air conditioning cold / warm. Additionally, there is a ceiling fan, which is ideal for people who cannot tolerate air conditioning.
The optimal occupancy is 5 - 6 people, however, in some cases one more person can sleep on the sofa. In addition, the bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows,
so you can sleep with the windows open without any problems.
A bathroom with a shower completes the upper floor.
One floor above is the spacious roof terrace with a Hollywood swing,
deck chairs, and a sunshade.
There is also plenty of space here to dry your laundry.
All windows in the house are equipped with shutters and fly screens. If you enjoy cycling, you are welcome to use the 4 bicycles and a children's city scooter that are included with the rental property (3 adult bicycles and one children's bicycle, 20").
Pets may be brought along after prior arrangement.

Great house
The house is recommendable, very clean and practically furnished, with good equipment , even with a longer stay one lacks nothing. Shopping facilities within walking distance, the surrounding area offers many paths for extensive walks, the salt lagoon is within walking distance.
Very nice and easy to reach landlords.
We are looking forward to the next time.
