Description
Our newly built holiday house for a maximum of 8 persons has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is fully air-conditioned. The ground floor is largely open. Here we have the entrance area, from which the lower bathroom (with washing machine, of course) goes off. Furthermore, on the ground floor is the large light-flooded living area with access to the front large terrace, which roofs, in the summer to pleasant evenings under clear and clear skies. On the ground floor we also have the spacious and fully equipped kitchen in a modern country house style. It is visible from the living area and is only separated by a large, open passage. Also from the kitchen you have access to the outside, to the south-east facing second terrace, from which you can leave just in the early morning hours, of course, the sun in the house. From the living area, you will find the lower large bedroom with flat screen TV and double bed. In a small storage room under the stairs can be stored easily supplies such as beverages, etc.
Now to the upper floor; Here you will find two further beautiful bedrooms (one parents' bedroom with double bed as well as a youth room with 2 single beds), which also have a flat-screen TV. Furthermore in the upper floor, the second bathroom.
Our holiday home is beautifully coordinated with each other and gives a romantic and mediterranean flair.
The holiday home has a well-groomed and automatically irrigated garden plot with a country-specific vegetation (rosemary, sage, oleander, olive trees and a palm tree). The terraces and the pool area are designed with natural stone tiles. The front terrace has (as already mentioned) a firm roofing, so that even in the warmest summer always a shady place is to be found. Furthermore, we have a large adjustable sun sail at the house, so that the sun beds at the pool (if you wish) are protected from direct sunshine. A real natural stone sink with water connection and work surface complete the ambience. Here you can enjoy a wonderful barbecue or enjoy a nice chimney fire and a good wine in the summer. Firewood is always available. A large thuja hedge protects the visibility and protects against external glare. Our land is framed by a land-type stone wall, matching the house, so that your Viebeiner can run freely.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in Sv. Ivan, a small part of Dobrinj on the island of Krk.
It has an unobstructed view into nature. Behind our house is a beautiful garden with vines and from the upper floor you can even see the sea, which is about 2 km away. By car, you can reach the nearby seaside town of Silo, Klimno, Soline or Malinska effortlessly and in no time. But also on foot you can explore the surrounding area wonderfully.
The closest Konoba is a 5-10 minute walk away, and the name of the village, the picturesque village of Dobrinj (known for its two churches dating back to 1100 and the 14th century), is a wonderful walk through the so-called "magic forest of Dobrinj" to reach.

Wonderful holiday at Villa Blue Ivy
This year we spent a wonderful holiday in Villa Blue Ivy with three generations.
The house is quietly located in the small village of Sveti Ivan and is therefore ideal for families and those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers and dog owners.
The house is tastefully furnished and has everything you could wish for in a great accommodation. The three bedrooms are perfect for a holiday with several generations.
The brick barbecue and the large, covered terrace with wonderful seating for eating and lingering with a view of the greenery are worthy of mention.
The property itself is fenced and beautifully planted with Mediterranean plants.
There is a large pool and lounging areas to relax.
The real highlight was our landlady Mrs P.. She answered all our open questions in advance and was friendly, helpful and a perfect hostess throughout!
Thank you very much for such wonderful hospitality and a dreamlike, beautiful holiday in your house!!!!

quiet family holiday in fully equipped holiday home
Blue Ivy already caught our eye when we (pre)selected our holiday home. Beautiful holiday home, fully equipped, quiet location, pool, barbecue and fenced to let our dog run free.
Our stay was characterised by extensive excursions to the sea and the small tranquil towns (Krk, Baska, Opatija) as well as cosy days by the pool. The barbecue was in use several times and the freshly caught or bought fish tasted wonderful with a glass of Žlahtina.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms; plenty of comfort for a family of five with a dog. The kitchen fully met our needs and self-catering is no problem due to the convenient location to shopping facilities.
I would especially like to emphasise the nice contact with the landlady and also the contact with the agency was problem-free and very obliging.
After 2 weeks, which were far too short, we had to leave the house with heavy hearts and can fully recommend it.

...a wonderful holiday in a perfect holiday home.....
We, three middle-aged couples who are friends, enjoyed our holiday here for 14 days.
We can only agree with the previous comments. We found a really optimal holiday home and immediately felt very comfortable.
After settling in, we very quickly got to know the neighbours (not a holiday home) who gave us recommendations and good advice. We enjoyed the evenings outside very much, the illuminated pool and above all the heavenly peace. The pictures convey the high quality house, we expected something nice and were more than pleasantly surprised.
The central location on the island was perfect for tours.
We will have fond memories of this holiday for a long time.

Beautiful holiday home
We (a family with two girls (8 and 13) and a golden retriever) spent two very relaxing weeks in this cosy holiday home.
We arrived very late, but the handover of the keys was very quick and uncomplicated and the local agency visited us the following day for further information about the island (nice and uncomplicated, very helpful)
The house itself is very clean. It is cosy and well furnished and leaves nothing to be desired from our point of view. There is even a cosy bar (but without drinks :-) ). The garden is fenced (which also makes a holiday with a dog very relaxing) and the pool is cleaned weekly. Since there is only one other house behind the house, there is no through traffic. So you can relax here by the pool or in the garden with evening barbecues super, which we did with perseverance. Even our girls found it very chilling here (despite the Wi-Fi, of course). Shopping facilities, the sea and places to eat and drink are all within a few kilometres by car.
Walks with the dog are possible in the immediate vicinity.
Absolutely recommended for a relaxing family holiday with dog, but certainly also for two.

Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung - perfekte Ausstattung
Wir (2 Erw, 2 Kinder (6+8) plus unser RR Rüde Kito) verbrachten unsere Pfingstferien 2017 in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Die Übergabe war reibungslos und flott. die Ausstattung ist perfekt mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Als Selbstverpfleger war viel mehr als erwartet bereits vor Ort (Gewürze, Essig, Olivenöl, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrspülmittel, Geschirrtücher etc pp), das ist nicht selbstverständlich und gibt für uns nen extra Pluspunkt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Außerdem ist die Einrichtung modern und gemütlich - nichts zusammen gewürfelt. Die Küche war eine der bestausgestattesten Küchen die wir je hatten - genügend Geschirr, Teller und Tassen und vorallem die sehr gut bestückte Bar mit sämtlichen Wein- und Schnappsgläsern - es fehlte an nichts.
die Lage haben wir als Familie bewußt so ausgesucht, daher gibt es von uns keinen Abzug. Jeder weiß vorher das es nicht im Zentrum liegt.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend.
