Exclusive Villa Aurora is decorated in a very elegant timeless classical style.

On the ground floor stretches a comfortable living room with equipped kitchen, large dining table and sitting set. The space is decorated with artwork of renowned Croatian artists, and there are also SatTv, wireless internet and air conditioning in all areas. From the lounge there is a view and access to the pool and garden, and on the side there is a covered summer kitchen and a barbecue area with table and chairs. A guest room with a double bed and a bathroom are located in the extension of the house and have a separate entrance. On the ground floor of the villa there is a double bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, with direct access to the pool.

A staircase illuminated through stained glass stylized Romanesque windows leads to the first floor of the villa, with two comfortable bedrooms, each with private bath, one bedroom has access to the pool. Villa Aurora gives you the pleasure of privacy and comfort for your dream holiday!

New in September 2019 - Private SPA (Wellness), Club House and boat rental are available to our guests! In 2020 - private beach.

• No-show – 100% If the cancellation is made earlier than 30 days before the arrival, "Istra Expert" will also keep an additional 10% as a processing fee.

Entspannter Urlaub in schöner und ruhiger Lage

Wir waren als dreiköpfige Familie zu Gast in der schönen Villa Prenci. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Es ist toll ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und absolut sicher mit kleinen Kindern. Das Haus liegt abgelegen an einem Waldstück. Man hört nachts das Zirpen der Grillen und hat eine wunderbare Sicht auf den Nachthimmel. Wir haben viele Unternehmungen mit dem Auto unternommen, welche uns einen guten Eindruck von Istrien vermittelt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die unkomplizierte Buchung und der nette und prompte Kontakt mit Ferienhausmiete.de. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte wir die Betreuung vor Ort durch Herrn Damir und seiner Familie. So kompetent, herzlich und zuverlässig! Vielen Dank für zwei unvergessliche Wochen!
