Description
Arrive and feel at home.
The holiday house is built in typical Danish style. You enter the house via a small terrace. There you will find the open kitchen, the dining area, and the living corner. A cozy fireplace (firewood is provided as an initial supply) as well as electric convectors ensure pleasant warmth on cool days. There is also a small hallway, a shower room with a window, and 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. A high chair for children is available if needed. Games and books for young and old as well as sand toys are available in the house.
A small picture gallery with various motifs makes the holiday home an experience. It is only a few steps to Lake Gartow or to the Wendland-Therme.

Ideal for families, nature lovers, those seeking peace and quiet, cyclists, hikers, anglers, water sports enthusiasts, or riders. With a variety of options in Gartow and the surrounding area.
Gartow is located in the heart of Wendland, directly on Lake Gartow with a bathing beach and boat rental. Nature lovers can observe beavers, storks, cranes, sea eagles, and more.
But also the Wendlandtherme, the beautiful water playground for children, mini golf course, tennis courts, etc. leave nothing to be desired and no room for boredom. In the town center there are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, a bicycle rental, doctors, a pharmacy, post office, banks, and 2 gas stations. In the summer the restaurant "Seeterassen" will reopen. Our snack bar by the lake will have a new operator.

Romantic wooden house
Very nice holiday accommodation recommended for short and annual holidays. It is a beautiful environment with many activities, lake, thermal baths, wildlife park, beaver trail, playgrounds, good cycling paths. Good shopping facilities in the village, gastronomy and much more
The house is equipped with everything you need, the fireplace is great, wood available. Coffee and tea were already available in the kitchen, which we found super. Mrs Seitz-Eimer is very friendly and helpful. All in all, highly recommended. Thank you, we will be back again and again

Super holiday home in a top location
A beautiful cosy holiday home, fully equipped with everything you need. In a beautiful location, not far from Lake Gartow and plenty of leisure activities. Shopping facilities nearby, ideal for water lovers, hiking and cycling.

After three years, we have come here for the second time! "We felt so comfortable and in good hands last time. The hospitality, the holiday home, the facilities (soon also with WLAN / children), the surroundings on site and in the surrounding area with all the possibilities for old and young..., made it an unforgettable holiday here!!!!
