Renovation needed

We chose this house because it looked fantastic in the pictures. The location with the view is absolutely dreamy. You can quickly get to the beach and the promenade by car. The pool was also a nice refreshment and fun for the kids. Now, unfortunately, I also have to list the negative points. The pool and balcony furniture do not match the pictures... Instead of beautiful wooden furniture, we had various, partly broken rattan furniture on the balcony and the cheapest plastic loungers by the pool, plus the cushions are absolutely dirty. Stains, burn marks, and who knows what else. No proper umbrella fitting the umbrella stand. In the kitchen, a stool was broken, half of the range hood was missing, and the simplest things were missing in the kitchen: colander, scissors, sharp knives. For this, an ant nest and 1,000,000 ants on our supplies. Also, inside the bathrooms, some lamp covers are missing, the shower heads have sprayed in all directions, so that afterwards one could first wipe. . . no matter which of the 3 bathrooms. . . and then the awning on the balcony, it has probably never been changed. We are definitely disappointed, not because we are petty, but because we paid almost 4000 euros and expect that basic things are taken care of instead of just stuffing pockets with the money. In all other accommodations, we were also welcomed very warmly, and someone always checked in to ask if everything was okay... unfortunately not here... really a shame.
