Description
Here you are presented with a holiday flat which, with its comfortable furnishings and numerous accessories, meets high demands for a relaxing holiday with the whole family. Your oasis of well-being offers you approx. 130 m², 2 sunny balconies (one with a beach chair), wood-burning stove, private sauna, whirlpool, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and all the amenities of a top location in the quiet centre of the North Sea spa Horumersiel, not far from the beach. The tasteful interior design with splendid country kitchen is convincing.
The lift takes you comfortably to the 2nd floor, you take one more flight of stairs - and you enter your dream flat! In the courtyard you will find a parking space for your car and a lockable room for your bicycles.
Out of consideration for the environment, we have coupled the flat's sauna with a coin-operated machine to avoid unused empty spaces. (1€/h) You are also welcome to use the washing machine (4€/4h) and the free dryer, which we make available to our guests for communal use.

The "Residenz Horumersiel" is located in the centre of Horumersiel. The bakery, ice cream parlour, restaurants, bicycle rental and shops are right next door. The village square, and thus the centre of the village, is right on the doorstep. The beach, the harbour, the thermal baths, the rehabilitation centre and the spa administration are also within walking distance. All kinds of activities await you in the surrounding area. From countless cycle paths to surfing courses, water skiing, stand-up paddling, pedal boating, mudflat walks, football golf, pony rides, the castle museum and the Jever brewery, you will find it all.

The marina and the spa facilities, as well as the coast guard boat, which can be visited, are well worth a visit. In addition to numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area, a day trip to Jever and Wilhelmshaven is also possible after approx. 24 kilometres.

Wunderschöne Wohnung
Very nice apartment. We have always stayed at the Residenz in Hooksiel, but this apartment surpasses it. Very spacious, well-equipped, with a whirlpool, sauna, and fireplace as highlights. In addition, two great balconies, one very large with a beach chair. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town, yet quiet. The sea is also within walking distance.

Super nice holiday!!!
The apartment was very cozy and tastefully decorated!! We were there with our parents, it was a very nice holiday!! The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms very bright!! Always happy to come back!!! Thanks to the Schake family for everything working perfectly!!!

Where do I start? TOLL
The location: World class, in our opinion the absolute best location in all of Horumersiel. Directly on the village square, everything in the immediate vicinity, totally central and yet no disturbing noises
The furnishings: We more than liked them. The furniture is very new, of high quality and was chosen with great taste. The extras such as sauna, whirlpool, wood-burning stove and TV in 3 of the 4 bedrooms are absolutely rare and delighted us
The cleanliness: The flat was handed over to us spotless, many thanks at this point to the great cleaning staff
The landlords: were very polite, courteous, friendly and always available - thank you!
Conclusion: The next holiday is already booked.

Really nice vacation
