The apartment is situated in a very quiet court yard without street passing by in the 9th district of Vienna but nevertheless not far away from the center. It is on the 2nd floor of a building built in 1906 and has been colmpletely renovated in 2003. The public transports are very close. You can reach the underground U6 and the trams 37 and 38 in less than 1 minute.
