Had to move from second floor room to third floor room because of smoke order and broken door latch. New room had both the kitchen sink and bathroom sink plugged. And toilet leak water. Second night the building wall was tagged and the elevator walls had excrement spread on them. All this was reported to office employees. Property had recently changed ownership and most of the staff were fired. No one available to work on maintenance.

There were people in front doing drugs, they tried to charge me over $200 more when I got there, boogers in the sink. Dirty towels, broken light inside. Not one thing in the kitchen like a pot or pan or salt. Burnt sotvetop, uncookable. The list goes on. We left within 10 mims and went elsewhere. The 10 star rating is misleading

The property was misrepresented as an Extended Stay America but is a Motel 6!
When I arrived, I was told there would be an additional $10 for housekeeping and $2 per night for utilities. These should both be part of the price that was paid online and there was nothing on the listing that said these would be an additional charge on arrival. There was a kitchenette but there was NOTHING to use for preparing or eating food of any sort except for a microwave.
Regarding check-out, the office does not open until 10 AM and there was no drop box to leave the key, nor any instructions given as to how to check out before the office opened, therefore after asking another customer if he knew the process, the key was left on the desk in the room
