Originally built in the 15th century as a roman vineyard, it has been owned and managed by the family since 1726. It has been completely renovated by the heirs to meet all modern requirements for comfort and services. A luxurious garden enriched by centenarian trees and palms surrounds the house. Parking place inside the property on request. Casale Altavilla b&b offers its guests the possibility to enjoy a country-like holiday in the middle of Rome.

Casale Altavilla b&b is in the Aurelio-Vaticano area, it’s easy to reach from Fiumicino airport (FCO) and very well connected to St. Peter’s, Navona Square and all the historical centre of Rome in max.15 min. by direct bus. There is a bus stop just in the front of the house. Around the house you can find every kind of shops,cafeterias, typical and economical roman restaurants and pizzerias. In 100 meters walking there is a Laundromat. How to reach us : Coming by plane From Ciampino Airport : right outside the terminal there are shuttle busses directly to Termini Railway station (tickets can be bought inside the terminal or on board) then follow the directions below. From Fiumicino Airport : there are frequent trains to Termini Railway station then follow the directions below. In both cases you can either take a taxi or request our shuttle service from/to the Airport. Coming by train from Termini Central station : Take the underground/metro LINE A (direction Battistini) to Cornelia stop. If you exit from the station through the lift you find yourself on the same sidewalk of Mc Donald's and of the bus stop. At the bus stop in front of Mc Donald's take bus number 889 and the 5th or 6th stop (at beginning of Via Bravetta) is in front of the house. Coming by car: From the A1 Highway,A12 or A24 take the GRA (grande raccordo anulare) exit n.1 direction City Centre_Aurelia-Vatican. Follow via Aurelia for 1 Km. (untill Largo Perassi) and before the first traffic light, take via Aurelia Antica on your right. Just before the traffic light turn right inside via del Fontanile Arenato and within 3 meters... THERE YOU ARE !

All our rooms are non smoking and have high level features. Cosy, silent and luminous, every room has private bathroom, TV, air conditioning and garden view. Our Suite is Casale Altavilla’s pearl, the perfect room for a romantic Honeymoon: spacious, luminous and elegantly furnished, has a double bed and a living area with 2 arm-chairs (comfortable single beds for children) it is ideal as family room . It is enriched by a big bathroom in raw marble with a wonderful Jacuzzi tub and shower. Check In : between 12am and 8pm by appointment. We kindly ask our clients to inform us in advance about their arrival time. Failure to do so may result in finding nobody home to welcome you. There is no curfew at Casale Altavilla: guests will be provided with a key of the house. Check Out : before 11am
