Villa Blue Bayou has 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / 3 car garage and is suitable for up to 6 people.
The Blue Bayou is a large house (~197 m² under AC) with pool and a private pool area overlooking the Rotonda River. The villa will be completed in 2020 and is currently being refurbished
The master bedroom has a king size bed as does the 1st guest bedroom. The 2nd guest bedroom will have a queen size bed.
The DEN has a sofa bed.

The Cape Haze Peninsula is the last untouched coastline in Southwest Florida. It is located between Ft. Myers and Sarasota, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The reason for its unspoiled character lies in the peninsula's geographical location. It is 18 miles from Interstate 75 and 11 miles from the Tamiami Trail (US41). "This is like Florida used to be" - rave our visitors. With 3 sections and a total of 40 miles of pristine sandy beaches, it offers the beach lover the longest coastline on the west coast of Florida. Here you will meet/see Dolphins, Tarpon, dozens of species of waterfowl, large sea and land turtles, raccoons, alligators and bobcats. They call the whole area home
But under no circumstances should you get the impression that this is a region where dolphins and manatees say goodnight - the Cape Haze Peninsula offers everything for an unforgettable Florida holiday, including: water sports, boat rentals, 25 golf courses within 20 minutes, good restaurants and bars, shopping centres and malls - not to mention 330 days of sunshine a year. Once populated only by fishermen, this area has worked its way up the popularity scale among Europeans with many new single-family homes and shops.
In the middle of it all is the "wagon wheel" Rotonda West, which is the result of a new housing project conceived in the sixties. It is a combination of living and leisure with the golf courses that are popular in this region. There are 5 of them in Rotonda West alone.
In the southwestern part, Villa Blue Bayou is located at 1082 Boundary Blvd. From here, it is only a few minutes to shopping for daily needs or about 21 minutes to Englewood Beach. You can't spend your holidays more centrally.

Villa Blue Bayou is managed on site by a German-speaking property management company. The rental is also handled by this property management. As a guest, you are completely looked after and have a 24-hour contact person on site. There is a check in and check out with you.
We are also available to you in Germany as the owner for questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions and going out.
So you have a good feeling and the holiday can come - completely stress-free.

We couldnt be more happy with our stay at Blue Bayou. The home had everything we needed and more. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, plenty of towels, a great supply of dishes and cookware. It was also a plus being able to park in the garage during our stay.
