The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor. In the flat there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, oven and four-plate hob, extractor bonnet, microwave and dishwasher. The two bedrooms each have 2 windows with a view of the forest. There is a sofa in the living room. A cosy terrace belongs to the flat, which invites you to relax in the greenery. For the first supply you will find mineral water, coffee and tea in the kitchen. We are happy to provide you with our rental bicycles upon request.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located directly on the edge of the forest. You can take long walks in the woods, to the sand-lime ponds or into the town. You can also quickly reach the beautiful Aller cycle path with your own bicycles, or go for ice cream or shopping in the beautiful half-timbered town of Celle, approx. 15 km
From Wietze you can reach many leisure facilities by car, such as Hannover Zoo, Heidepark Soltau, Vogelpark Walsrode, Serengetiepark Hodenhagen, Filmtierpark Eschede, Aqualaazium Saunalandschaft in Laatzen or the Steinhuder Meer. Wietze is conveniently located, only 15 km from the motorway. The first oil was extracted from a well in Wietze at the same time as the Americans. A visit to the unique oil museum is always worthwhile. Wietze has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, beautiful hiking trails and excellent gastronomy. For daily needs, there are various shopping markets and small retail shops. The river of the same name, the Wietze, flows into the Aller at the end of the village. Paddling tours are possible on the Aller or the nearby Örtze.

Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl!
Die Vermieter sind ein sehr sympathisches Ehepaar, mit denen man nett klönen kann.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.

Great holiday apartment
We haven't spent our holidays in such a well-maintained and lovingly furnished apartment for a long time. Everything you need is there and you feel very comfortable right away. A visit to the alpacas was part of our daily routine, at least once, and several times if the weather was dry. In the apartment, you will find a ring binder with all the important information and menus of the local restaurants. It just can't get any better. We will gladly come back and highly recommend this accommodation.

quiet, very well equipped flat decorated with love
A very nice flat, quietly located at the edge of the forest. The furnishings are very good, the beds are super comfortable, with really great duvets. The furniture is very well maintained and lovingly decorated. The bathroom is nice and warm and there are plenty of towels. We can only recommend the accommodation, the alpacas are a hit, certainly also with children.

Kurzurlaub mit Hund
Liebe Familie Böttcher,
wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in ihrer schönen Wohnung, es ist alles da was man braucht und die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Unser Hund Jerry hat sich sofort mit den Alpakas angefreundet und es war einfach herrlich mit anzusehen wie neugierig die Alpakas sind. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und bietet genügend Platz für Groß und Klein. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Könnte man 10 Sterne vergeben würden wir sie gerne vergeben!!!

Perfekter Urlaub

Family holiday
The large holiday flat is ideal for a holiday with 2 children. Nothing was missing, the furnishings are comfortably modern, the garden and the property of the Böttcher family leave enough room to romp around. The pets - their 4 alpacas - are immediately taken to heart and "Rosa" has everything in view.
From here you can explore the surroundings of the Südheide by bike or car. We would love to come back.

Alles super
Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) waren in der großen Wohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und Familie Böttcher ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Gibt tolle Tipps und die Kinder waren nach kurzer Zeit in die Alpakas verliebt.
Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen und können es nur empfehlen!!

Recreation & cycling holiday with dog
Last year we had the nice smaller flat and this time the bigger one. You feel just as comfortable here as in the smaller one. Both flats are nice and bright, big enough, lovingly furnished, nothing was missing. The nice thing about the flats is the quiet location and the large property.
Once again, we felt very much at home with our super nice landlords. Our dog Rusty also liked it very much, as he could greet his friends, the alpacas, every day
He also got on well with Carlsons (the landlord's dog).
The surrounding nature is very beautiful and Wietze also offers good tours for cyclists. There are many shopping possibilities and also very good restaurants.
We are already looking forward to the end of December, this time without bikes, as we will be staying with Fam. Böttcher again for a few nice days.

Optimal recovery
We felt very comfortable in this cosy and clean holiday flat. It is spacious, very modernly furnished and lovingly decorated. It has a lovely terrace in a well-kept environment. Our children were especially happy about the three alpacas. The idyllic location ensures optimal relaxation.

Rundum zufrieden
Beide Ferienwohnungen waren bei Einkunft sehr sauber und sind schön eingerichtet! Die große Ferienwohnung hat uns inkl. Hund und Baby viel Platz geboten. Parkplätze sind vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker etc. sind in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind beide sehr nett, sympathisch und hilfsbereit! Die Ferienwohnungen sind ruhig gelegen. Ideal zum Wandern, Rad fahren und als Ausgangspunkt für weitere Ausflüge, z.B. nach Celle oder zum Hüttensee. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und haben gar nichts zu bemängeln.

100% empfehlenswert
Meine Familie und ich haben uns da sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man kann so richtig schön abschalten vom Alltag. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bei Fragen immer erreichbar.
Die Unterkunft war modern, sauber und mit liebe eingerichtet, dies gilt auch für das Grundstück.
Wir waren mit 4 Kindern da, es ist auf dem Grundstück genügent Platz zum spielen, Tischtennis und Basketballkob ist vorhanden. Unsere jüngsten waren von den Alpakas begeistert. Leider war der Urlaub zu kurz, wären gern länger geblieben.
Kurz gesagt wir können es zu 100% weiter empfehlen.
Vielen Dank Familie Böttcher, für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhige, topausgestattete FeWo! Sehr familienfreundlich!
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Familie Böttcher begrüßt, selbst aus dem Hühnerstall kam ein lieber Gruß (mmmh lecker). Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und Familie Böttcher war immer für uns erreichbar. Sogar unser Extrawunsch (Kinderhochstuhl) wurde uns erfüllt!! Danke!! Unsere 4 Kinder (im Alter von 10,6,3 und 9 Monaten) hatten viel Spaß auf der großen Wiese und der Terrasse. Wietze ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Es war sehr schön und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit super Lage
Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende bei Familie Böttcher in einer traumhaften Wohnung. Alles sehr herzlich und es fehlt an nichts.
Die Lage lädt einfach nur zum entspannen ein und bei schönem Wetter kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Fröschen im Teich lauschen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir haben mit 3 Kindern ein Wochenende in der Wohnung verbracht und sind von dort aus in den Heidepark Soltau gefahren (in 45 Autominuten gut zu erreichen). Am liebsten wären wir länger geblieben! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben an alles gedacht, die Wohnung war 1a sauber und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Toller Urlaub
Wir waren über Ostern bei Familie Böttcher zu Besuch. Wir (familie mit 2 kleinen kindern) wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Facilities: Apartment 80 sqm furnished with great attention to detail - large rooms
great ambience!!!
Location: outside of Wietze, somewhat secluded, but quiet in a cul-de-sac.
Means of transport (car, motorbike, bicycle) should be available.
Bicycles can be rented from the Böttcher family
1. Floor (see equipment).
In the garden own barbecue / alpacas and 2 horses are available.
Cleanliness: super clean
Service: Mr. and Mrs. Böttcher were extremely nice and helpful with all information
Towels can be changed if necessary.
The grandchildren were allowed into the alpaca enclosure.
Price/performance: Unbeatable for a summer holiday
