Beautiful 1-bdr-appartment (for 4 persons), large living-room with sleeping couch) to let; end-cleaning and bed linen (WITHOUT TOWELS) cost 60,- Euro more; if wished, one can rent a set of towels (hand-, shower- and beach-towel) for 15 Euros/stay/person. WiFi internet in the house. The comfortable, private appartment (55m²) has a large covered terrace (33m2), american kitchen completely equipped (including microwave and dishwasher), washing-maschine, air condition (cold/warm), Sat TV and WiFi-Internet); it is situated in a private villa (separate entrance) with private pool (heated and covered during winter, saltwater), garden and beautiful sea/beach view, approx. 100-150m far away from the sea. 0). The end-cleaning and bed-clothes cost 60,- Euro. From October until May the electricty and water will be extra calculated. I offer as well discount from October until May for holiday guests, who would like to remain longer than 3 weeks.

Villa Tengrimar is situated in the best residential area of La Mora. No loudy street before the door, wonderful sea/beach view; you can reach the beautiful, flat dropping fine sand beach of La Mora within 3 going minutes (walking down the stairs) Far away from the mass tourism in a romantic bay at the outskirts of Tarragona lies the green, quiet resort La Mora with one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Dorada. La Mora is approx. 8km away from Tarragona and 15 km from Port Aventura and Reus Airport; to Barcelona there are approx. 80km. La Mora is for each age group an ideal resort: beautiful landscapes to walk, the tumult of night life from Tarragona; a nice walking path offers you a beautiful view of the monastery Tamarit and leads to the beach of Altafulla or in the opposite direction to two nudist beaches. From the quiet, small beach promenade (with restaurants and bars) one has a beautiful view of the sea and of the coastal rock with the "Torre de La Mora", the tower of La Mora. A large protected area offers walking paths to some small sand bays. Down at the beach there are sufficient purchase possibilities: Supermercado Amelia, a baker, a pharmacy, a bank "la Caixa", money automat, telephone boxes and two shops with souvenirs.

Dreamy beautiful
A great, clean, spacious apartment that absolutely matches the description and the pictures on the website. Ideal for 2-4 people. The quiet surroundings and the magnificent view ensure relaxation and good recovery. The artistically tiled swimming pool filled with salt water gives the apartment an extra touch. And the landlady is a very friendly, trustworthy woman. Communication with her worked great. We had a fantastically beautiful vacation and would love to come back to this house. Since the landlady is very fond of animals, the apartment is also suitable for dog owners who like to take their "best friend" on vacation.

Pure relaxation!
Everything is fine. Flat very well equipped. The swimming pool is a dream and the view of the sea fantastic. Pleasant and very nice landlady. We will come again.

Great view
First of all, the location of the house is very good and the view over parts of the bay is brilliant. The pool directly in front of the balcony is great.
But:
The flat is only suitable for 2 people. It is simply too small for 4. There is only one wardrobe in the bedroom. If you need something out of it, you have to go into the bedroom and disturb the people in it. There is a sofa bed in the living/dining room which is comfortable and can sleep a third or fourth person. Unfortunately there is no wardrobe in the flat, so jackets and other things have to be put over chairs. There is also not ONE towel hook, neither in the bathroom nor in the kitchen, so you have to improvise in the bathroom. It is best to put the toilet paper on the heating (no paper holder). Right next to the toilet there is a hand-held shower, which is supposed to replace the bidet!?!! When taking a shower, you should turn off the water from time to time so that it doesn't overflow because the drain probably can't cope with the amount of water. During our stay it was very noisy because of the tenants in the flat above us (Tengrimar2), in the evening the chairs were pushed back and forth extremely. The flat is very noisy!
You should also be fond of animals, because cats take possession of the furniture on the balcony and also meow and call for food. The way to the pool led past discarded deckchairs and an old toilet bowl! Who likes it! The way to the flat leads over stairs and you have to keep your head down because the plants are already hanging quite low.
Contact with the landlady was rare but very friendly.
Without a car you have to be half a mountaineer, the paths to the house are very steep.

In der Beschreibung steht: 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer, FeWo1 hat 55m² und eine grosse Terrasse (33m²). Die Gäste waren über die Grösse der FeWo informiert. Falls ihnen die ausgeschriebene FeWo zu klein war, dann hätten die Gäste die andere Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer wählen sollen. Trotz der Tatsache, daß man im Wohnzimmer keinen Kleiderschrank erwarten kann, steht den Gästen ein Schrank/Garderobe im Flur zur Verfügung. Wegen einem Wasserschaden durch einen defekten Boiler (am 10.10.2012), konnte der Schrank vorübergehend nicht benutzt werden. Über diesen Umstand wurden die Gäste informiert und um Entschuldigung gebeten. Das Badezimmer wurde im 2012 renoviert, Papierhalter und Hacken wurden vergessen; Fehler wird behoben! Aus Rücksicht auf die Natur und wegen dem besonders in Spanien herrschenden Wassermangels bitten wir die Gäste das Wasser während des Einseifens abzudrehen, normalerweise haben unsere Gäste dafür Verständnis. Die Handdusche neben der Toilette ersetzt das Bidet und ist absolut üblich wenn kein Platz für ein Bidet vorhanden ist. Die alte Kloschüssel (wird entsorgt) befand sich hinter einer Mauer auf dem Vermieter's Bereich und keineswegs auf dem Weg zum Pool. Was die Gäste als "ausrangierte Liegen" beschreiben, sind die Poolliegen (s. Foto "Sonnenliegen am Pool"), die übereinander gestapelt waren, da es in der Woche ziemlich viel geregnet hatte. Wenn man keine fremden Katzen mag, genügt es einfach 2-3x in den Händen zu klatschen und sie hauen ab. Die Katzen hätten die Gäste nicht "belästigt", wenn sie sie nicht gefüttert hätten, denn darum kamen sie zurück und bettelten für mehr. Meine Katzen bekommen schon genug Futter, daher muß man sie nicht füttern und sich dann beschweren!!!
In der Ausschreibung steht: Hanglage, das bedeutet Treppen oder Auto! Wenn andere Mieter stören, kann man mit dem Vermieter reden, mit Sicherheit findet man eine Lösung. Die Gäste scheinen bei ihrer Wahl der Unterkunft die Beschreibung nicht beachtet zu haben und waren daher in Bezug auf Grösse, Lage etc. nicht zufrieden. Zum Glück sind unsere Urlauber (manchmal auch Pärchen mit 1 oder 2 Kindern) normalerweise immer völlig zufrieden mit meiner FeWo1, (s. die anderen Bewertungen).

Sehr schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung
Super Ausblick über die Bucht La Mora, sehr nette Vermieter, Tarragona mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Bucht ist auch in der Hauptsaison nicht überfüllt. Jederzeit wieder!!!!!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt landschaftlich sehr schön und ist für uns nicht mehr zu toppen,sehr gut ausgestattet und legt sehr ruhig.
La mora ist ein kleines nettes Örtchen und der strand ist nicht überlaufen

Super
La Mora liegt an einer wunderschönen kleinen Bucht im Herzen von Katalonien, nicht weit von Tarragona. Der Ort ist angenehm ruhig und hat eine eigene Atmosphäre, die durch die vorgelagerte Anhöhe geprägt ist.
Die Wohnung bietet einen guten Blick auf Teile der Bucht und durch die Lage oben auf dem Fels hat man einen guten Überblick. Die Ausstattung ist angemessen und sollte doch irgendwas fehlen, helfen die sehr freundlichen und lieben Vermieter schnell weiter. Am besten für 2 Personen geeignet.
Nicht zu verachten ist der kleine Pool vorm Haus, mit der Besonderheit, daß das Wasser mit Meeressalz versetzt ist und auf natürliche Weise gereinigt wird.
Und das wichtigste: die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da sie große Tierliebhaber sind, sollte man sich auf gelegentlichen Hunde- und Katzenbesuch einstellen - es ist genau das richtige für Tierfreunde!
