Description
We offer you a very nice, comfortable holiday flat for 2 persons with well-kept furnishings (3 stars DTV) in a quiet location on the edge of the forest with a wonderful view of the village and the vineyards. It has a terrace with outdoor seating, a garden barbecue and a lawn for sunbathing
The flat has 43 sqm, one bedroom (double bed), an additional sleeping possibility in the living room with extra bed is possible.
Furthermore we offer SAT-Smart-TV, shower/WC with hairdryer, kitchen-cum-living-room with ceramic hob/oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, radio/CD, washer-dryer, free bed linen and towels (weekly change).
Your non-smoking accommodation has a separate entrance, as well as a car parking space directly at the house.
We have renovated for you in 2017.
Our holiday flat is located at the foot of the Northern Black Forest, approx. 280m above sea level and is an ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding mountains. The Achertäler Heimatpfad and the quality hiking trail "Kappelrodecker Hexensteig" run directly adjacent.

The region and the surrounding mountains of the Northern Black Forest are an ideal holiday paradise for hikers and connoisseurs. Black Forest National Park only 15km. Varied programme of events. Beautiful outdoor pool 500m, bathing lake 10km.
Our region and the Acher Valley offer a wide range of sports and fitness activities. Ideal for hikers, Nordic walking enthusiasts, mountain bikers, tennis lovers, golfers, anglers and winter sports enthusiasts.
Hiking trails lead directly from our house up to 1000m above sea level. Guided hikes are offered regularly. The red wine village of Kappelrodeck is located in Baden-Württemberg, in the Ortenau district, on the edge of the northern Black Forest in the Achertal valley. Kappelrodeck is the largest village in the Achertal holiday region
Not only are the wine walks through the vineyards popular, but also the numerous festivals on the market square. Let yourself be spoilt with the delights of the region and the excellent wines

Perfect, quiet and spacious appartment for two
Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (apart from dishwasher)
Very nice private terrace and garden with fantastic view over the vineyards and town.
Great location for exploring the region, be it hiking or (mountain- or e-) biking.
