Description
The "Cortijo el Mirador" is a modern house with 3 bedrooms which is the center of several hectares of Finca between Granada and the Mediterranean Sea. The lined with almond and olive trees finca is very quiet and secluded, on a gently curving ridge west of the main town Alpujarra Orgiva.
From the house you have a fantastic view over the vast and fertile valley of Orgiva on until well into the summer snow-capped peaks of the 3500 meter high Sierra Nevada, the highest mountain range after the Alps of Europe.
Outside the door there is a lovely covered terrace with seating and panoramic views. Directly below is the 140 m2 large pool terrace with very beautiful swimming pool, outdoor shower and sunbeds.
The fenced and lined with subtropical hedges and fruit trees estate offers around 110 m2 around big house, a total of 400 m2 of paved terraces. You park at the house. East of the holiday house there is an extra barbecue house with water connection, built-in barbecue, a bread oven and separate seating area.
The villa is decorated in a slightly rustic style. The living room, semi-open kitchen and the central corridor communicate disguised with brick archways. Many wood elements provide cosiness andt a pleasant atmosphere. In the living room there is satellite TV with international channels and a glazed Kamin.Über this fireplace is in winter the central heating.
The bathroom with shower is tiled colorful. Two of the bedrooms have single beds together putting. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

Location and surroundings of object
A few kilometers outside the town in a rural location. Very nice view of the entire valley. This small town is the center of Granada part of [Alpujarras]. Orgiva (pronounced OR-CHI-WA) is located only 450 meters high and is the cultural and architectural interface between the Granada and the typical for the Alpujarras Moorish influences. The city does not live only on tourism but also on fertility and abundance of water wide valley in which it lies. The mild, almost subtropical climate allows the cultivation of oranges, lemons and mandarins

Always a pleasure!
During our stay, everything was perfect. Super nice hosts who always stood by us with helpful tips. Beautiful house in a breathtaking area, surrounded by an olive plantation. Joaquin and Dulce are simply wonderful hosts. During our next stay in this area, we will definitely visit Cortijo El Mirador again, if available.
