The large, fenced garden (South-West, 700 m2) offers complete privacy with all park facilities within easy reach. The house is tastefully furnished and modernly equipped.
In the holiday park and the surrounding area you will find all kinds of recreational opportunities for young and old, including the wide and long sandy beaches, hiking and biking trails, subtropical swimming pool with slide, solarium and sauna, children's paradise, golf, playgrounds, mini golf and many nearby attractions. Beach Resort Ooghduyne one of the most exclusive parks in the Netherlands. The facilities are of excellent quality. In addition to sports grounds and playgrounds (also inside), are at your disposal (some at a fee): subtropical swimming pool with a water slide and flow, restaurants, mini golf, tennis courts, bowling alley, professional 9-hole golf course with driving range in water, family, golf, bowling, cycling and canoe rental.
Villa Ooghduyne has the most convenient location in the park, very private, with stunning views of the dunes and near the park and the beach. Pedestrian and bicycle path from the park to the beach is car-free and therefore safe for children.
The beach of Julianadorp aan Zee is one of the cleanest beaches in Europe and because lead also the exclusive label Blue Flag.
This label stands for high quality of bathing water, clean beaches and (during the season) the presence of rescue equipment and a first aid station on the beach.
Julianadorp aan Zee is located in the top of the beautiful North Holland, with its beautiful flower fields and Dutch villages, and less than 10 kilometers from the Wadden Sea. Located on the 30 km long beaches & dunes of North Holland.
Julianadorp aan Zee offers three supermarkets for daily needs (including Aldi, Lidl), who partially open even on Sundays and of course numerous other shopping options near Den Helder. In addition, you will find in Julianadorp restaurants, banks, doctors, a pharmacy and a tourist information office (VVV).

Cancellation terms:

Your payments will only be refunded if full payment has been made on time and the period can be rented again. -For cancellations, € 125 will be charged for processing and administration costs. Highly recommended!
Very, very nice, clean accommodation with large garden and nice terrace with fireplace. Great proximity to the beach with ideal conditions for cycling. Unfortunately we could not use the whirlpool due to bad smells and dirt. However, the house is super and very well equipped and highly recommended, especially for families with children!

A wonderful house in a wonderful environment.
We felt very comfortable. The house is clean and lovingly furnished. The furnishings are tidy and everything is available. The living-dining area is very spacious and cozy. A large garden with a sheltered outdoor terrace, fire pit with chairs overlooking the sunset. We spent beautiful hours on the large terrace. We especially liked the fenced property and the tasteful furnishings, as well as the thoughtfulness for the little ones. A small hot tub for relaxation, it was a great vacation. We will not be the last time there.

Nie wieder
Uns wurden für einen Spiegel, den wir nicht kaputt gemacht haben (Neuwert ca. 15€) 65€ und für einen vergammelten, billigen Baumarktklodeckel 85€! von der Kaution abgezogen! Das Haus selber machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Der angepriesene Kaffeeautomat sowie der Backofen und die sanitären Anlagen waren sehr unappetitlich. Staub in den Ecken und in den Regalen. Der Müll kann nur in der ca. 300m entfernten Ferienanlage entsorgt werden. Wir haben leider den Fehler gemacht dies alles nicht zu beanstanden !Nun kommt die Quittung für unsere Gutmütigkeit!

Ich habe immer gelernt, mich anständig und respektvoll zu verhalten. Dass dies nicht für alle gilt, sehen wir hier. Es wird viel Schaden angerichtet ohne es zu melden, und wenn die Reparaturkosten weitergegeben werden, wird der Vermieter öffentlich beschämt, mit Lügen über den Aufenthalt. Wenn dies wahrheitsgemäß geschrieben worden wäre, wären wir nicht seit viele Jahre, annähernd ausgebucht gewesen. Glücklicherweise gehören diese Typen zur Ausnahme und vermieten wir seit vielen Jahren zu voller Zufriedenheit.
