The house is located about 250m from the sea in a quiet area.
In the house there are 3 double bed rooms (2 persons) on the ground floor and the rooms have a small terrace in the garden.
Flat is about 85m2 (up to 5 persons) on the 2nd floor, with living room, bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and balcony with sea view.
Each double room has its own bathroom, TV, fridge, air-conditioning, W-LAN and the guests staying in the double room are welcome to use the

The house has its own car park (12 cars), free of charge for our guests, no reservation is necessary.

The house (holiday flat) is only approx. 250m from the sea in a quiet location with a view of the sea.
the 3000 year old town of Zadar (holiday home) is located in the north of Dalmatia and has one of the most famous and beautiful old towns in Europe.
In the vicinity of Zadar there are several national parks (NP Plitvice lakes, NP Krka waterfalls, NP Kornati), nature park Vrana lake, nature park Velebit and numerous islands which are easy to reach by ferry.
The city of Zadar has its own airport and bus station with good connections to other Croatian and European cities.
