Description
In the complex there are double wooden houses Type Maxi, each with 74 m² living space per unit. Each semi-detached house seven people can easily and comfortably enjoy their holidays.
On the ground floor there is a large living area with open kitchen, which is very well equipped.
Also on this floor a bathroom is a shower, sink and a toilet.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, in one there is a double bed and two single beds, and the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.
The second bathroom is upstairs.
Each house has a wooden terrace with garden furniture.
The houses are rented throughout the year. As a heat source of the closed fireplace and oil radiators used.
We also have a few houses Type Midi no fireplace, which have two bedrooms for 6 persons.
On the ground floor there is a living area with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a TV that is connected to the satellite connection.
The living area is connected to the open kitchen. You will find dishes of different kinds, a coffeemaker and a kettle, a microwave and a toaster, a dishwash, a refrigerator and a 4-burner stove.
The large Fensterbad has a large, comfortable shower, a closet sink and a toilet.
In the attic there are two bedrooms, one for four and one for two persons.

The complex is fully fenced and offers a parking space for your car.
For our younger guests we have a playground and a pavilion for the adults close to him.
The facilities also include deck chairs, wind protection for the beach and two blankets.
Your favorite pets can of course be brought.

Zum 3 mal dort gewesen!!!
Als Familie mit 3 Kindern und auch Hunden, haben wir unseren dritten Sommerurlaub dort verbracht. Es gibt einfach nichts zu bemängeln! Vermieter und Personal vor Ort, Strand, Unterkunft und Umgebung, Preis /Leistung etc...einfach alles ist von vorne bis hinten TOP!!!....WIR KÖNNEN NUR EMPFEHLEN HIER URLAUB ZU MACHEN! !

zweiter Urlaub mit besten Erfahrungen ..Note 1+
Ob Vermieter, Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Haus, Lage oder Ortschaft, alles ist bestens!!! Wir haben unseren 2ten Familienurlaub mit 4 Kindern und zwei Hunden in dieser Anlage verbracht. Haus Typ Maxi und Midi wurden von uns bewohnt, beides mit bester und sehr sauberer Ausstattung. Kinder kommen überall auf ihre Kosten, viele Aktivitäten im Ort und Umgebung zu kleinen Preisen. Ort bietet viel, alles zum Einkaufen und schmökern zu Fuss erreichbar. Strand auch mit Hunden einfach nur fantastisch!!! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, wir werden weiter unseren Jahresurlaub hier verbringen. Note 1+ an Frau Zgrzebnak und ihr Team für diese Anlage!!! Lieben Gruss von Familie Büker/Moos

Flitterurlaub
Sehr urig und gemütliche Unterkünfte.Der Kamin ist das absolute Highlight.Keine fünf Minuten zum Strand,an dem sich der Hund absolut wohlgefühlt hat.War wenig los,aber für uns genau richtig.Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen,ebenso der Hafen,an dem es frisch geräucherten Fisch täglich gibt.

1A ausgestattete Häuser. Für schlechtes Wetter WLAN und Satellitenfernsehen, Kamin und vor allen Dingen viiiiiiel Platz!
Freundliches und alternativ orientiertes Personal. Strandnähe, sowie relativ zentrale Ortslage bieten sehr gute Möglichkeiten für andere Erkundungen nach rechts und links (Kolobrzek und Trzebiatow).
Fazit: Sehr stimmiger Kurzurlaub! Vielen Dank-wir kommen wieder!
