Apartment Braut has a 30 m2 big and partially covered terrace with a great sea view and the view of the old part of town Vrbnik. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs. The parasol is also available. Apartment Braut is situated on the ground floor of the family house, in a quiet, idyllic location, surrounded by olive gardens. It is ideal for relaxing and romantic holidays!
The apartment consists of one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together. There is a living area with a dining table and sofa bed for one person. From the living area, there is a very nice sea view and the exit to the terrace. Both the living area and the bedroom have parquet flooring.
The kitchen is well equipped: kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dishcloths etc. are provided. There is an electric cooker with 4 rings, an oven, fridge with a freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster and a dishwasher.
There is a bathroom with a toilet, washing machine and a shower. A hairdryer is also available.
Next to the terrace, there is a barbecue. Private parking is in the yard.
Additional Info:
WiFi, air conditioning and Sat Tv are included in the price. Towels are changed twice a week, bed linen is changed weekly. Final cleaning and sojourn tax are included in the price.
Pets are allowed - on request. The extra charge per pet is 10 Eur/night. The location of the apartment Braut is great for pets since it is surrounded by nature.
The apartment has central heating and the charge for the heating is 10 Eur/day.
There is a clothesline on the terrace.

Apartment Braut is situated in Vrbnik, island of Krk. It has an amazing sea view and view over the old town of Vrbnik, and is located in a very quiet location, surrounded by olive gardens.
You just have to see Vrbnik! Vrbnik is situated on the east coast of the island of Krk in Kvarner Bay. The old town settled above the sea is really enchanting. This ancient, stone-built town, that appears to be emerging from the sea and immersing into the blue sky above it, was built in harmony with nature.
Vrbnik has always been a place ideal for artists. Its beauty that inspires can be seen in hidden corners and unexpected places and many find an inspiration for their artistic achievements here.
Vrbnik is known worldwide for its exeptional Glagolitic cultural heritage. Glagolitic script is the oldest Croatian script dating from 9th century AD and it is very significant that one quarter of all preserved glagolitic manuscripts are from Vrbnik.
Vrbnik is also widely known by its autochtonous sort of wine grape called Vrbnička žlahtina. You can try that well known dry white wine, as other Krk specialties in one of numerous wine-cellars / taverns (konoba) and restaurants in Vrbnik.
Vrbnik has around 1000 inhabitants during winter period, and around 2000 inhabitants in summer.

Short notes on Vrbnik's history:
Vrbnik is one of the oldest settlements on the island. Its close area was inhabited in prehistory - the earliest archaeological artefacts found in Vrbnik's vicinity can be dated as early as 4000 years (Neolithic Age).
Just opposite of Vrbnik,on a hill-top overlooking Vrbnik's harbour from north, are remains of a Bronze Age settlement (1200 ) whose thick dry-stone walls can still be seen. There is also material evidence of Liburni tribe (Iron Age) and Romans living in Vrbnik area. Many ruins of small churches and chapels can be seen in and around Vrbnik, some of them more than 1000 years old.
Vrbnik was first mentioned by that name in „Deed of Donation of Glorious Dragoslav“.
Vrbnik has its Statute, a very important source of knowledge in Medieval law and also a splendid testimony on high civilisation level of the town in that period.
Vrbnik is closely bonded with Frankopan family- princes of Krk who played a significant role in history of Krk and Croatia. It is said that they called their possessions in and around Vrbnik their patrimony, which may imply their Vrbnik origine.

The main beach in the village called Zgribnica which is a pebble beach, with a kiosk (barbecue, drinks) and a shower. Besides the central pebble beach there are, from both sides of the bay, stone/concrete surfaces, where you can also sunbathe.
We recommend our guests a lovely beach - Kozica - only about 10 minutes walk through the pine forest from the beach Zgribnica and approximately 15 minutes from the center.
A great insider tip is the beach Potovošće. The beach Potovošće is a beautiful pebble beach in a very innovative grinding bay cca 2 km south of Vrbnik. This beach has been counted recently also by a large Croatian weekly newspaper of the 50 most beautiful unknown beaches on the Adria. There is an asphalt road to this beach and parking (fee).
Approximately 7 km far from Vrbnik, near village Risika, there is a sandy beach Sv. Marek and approximately 15 km from Krk, there are also a Mud Bay - Soline.

Gast der Fewo Braut
Wir hatten eigendlich 13 Tage Erholung gebucht gehabt und blieben notgedrungen nur 1 Nacht. Leider waren wir bei der Ankunft sehr geschockt über den Anblick der SZ Wand, Schimmel und fauliger Geruch in der Fewo. Soetwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Auch die Couch hatte einen modrigen Geruch. Auch die Kloobrille fiel von einer zur anderen Seite und die Heizungen waren auch abgestellt. Der einzige Lichtblick war der Ausblick von der Terrasse der aber auch durch hohe Bäume fast nicht genießbar war. Eine Mutprobe ist es sein Fahrzeug im 80 Grad Winkel rückwärts steil 10m nach unten zu lenken und zu parken. Wir sind keine mekligen Mieter und haben selbst 2 Ferienwohnungen . Aber solche Mängel sollten dem Vermieter auffallen die schon länger vorhanden sein müssen. Vorallem ist es traurig das der Vermieter und der Reiseveranstalter es nicht für nötig halten zu reagieren und diese Fehler auszubessern und dem nächsten Gast somit der gewünschte Urlaub zerstört wird. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht worden und können diese Ferienwohnung anderen Gästen nicht empfehlen.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie so unzufrieden waren. Diese Ferienwohnung ist sonst sehr beliebt von unseren Gästen und wir sind auch sehr geschockt über so eine schlechte Bewertung. Diese nehmen wir sehr ernst, für alle Rückinfos sind wir sehr dankbar, das sehen wir als eine Gelegenheit, diese Ferienwohnung noch besser zu machen.
Wir nehmen an, dass sehr feuchtes Wetter bei der Anreise zu diesem Eindruck beigetragen hat. Sonst hat die Ferienwohnung kein Problem mit Schimmel. An der Schlafzimmerwand ist vor kurzem eine schmale Spur entstanden und die Vermieter haben es vor, gleich nach der Saison zu schauen worum es eigentlich geht und es wird dann gleich saniert. Das kann man nicht machen, wenn die Gäste noch in der Ferienwohnung sind. Die Couch ist sehr bequem, nur Paar Jahre alt und hat kein Geruch. Die Ferienwohnung hat Zentralheizung, aber wir heizen alle im Moment noch nicht, weil die Temperaturen noch relativ hoch sind. Dazu hat die Ferienwohnung auch die Klimaanlage, mit der man auch heizen und kühlen kann. Die Klobrille wird ausgetauscht. Der Blick von der Terrase ist wirklich atemberaubend. Es ist ein guter Hiweis, dass wir die Bäume unter der Terrasse etwas schneiden. Zum Parkplatz gelingt man über einen kleinen Hang, der mit Sicherheit keine 80 Grad hat. Unsere Gäste parken dort sonst problemlos, und am Haus sind noch andere Parkplätze verfügbar. Nur die meisten Gäste ziehen es vor, direkt vor der Ferienwohnung zu parken.
Was uns bei dieser Bewertung am meisten traurig macht, ist dass die Gäste sagen, dass die Vermieter und wir als Reisebüro nicht reagiert haben. Wir haben gleich erklärt, dass die Wand nicht gleich saniert werden kann, weil wir es gründlich machen wollen und wir wissen im Moment nicht, wie diese schmale Spur, die die Gäste so gestört hat entstanden ist. Den Vermietern und uns als Reisebüro liegt es sehr am Herzen, dass unsere Gäste zufrieden sind und wir sind für alle Verbesserungsvorschläge sehr dankbar. Wir werden uns bemühen, dass diese Ferienwohnung weiter so beliebt bleibt, wie das immer schon der Fall war, alle Jahre, die sie bei uns im Angebot ist.

Great apartment with a fantastic view
We spent a week as a couple in this holiday accommodation. It was the cleanest accommodation we have ever had. A great view and the friendly landlords rounded off this stay perfectly. schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage
schöne Wohnung für 2 Personen mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter, leider jedoch ab 5 h morgens Holzschuhgeklapper der Vermieterin in der darüberliegenden Wohnung(gewöhnungsbedürftig). Auch die wunderbare Aussicht über Vrbnik und das Meer wird durch den größer werdenden Feigenbaum eingeschränkt. Wir hatten die Zweige unters Geländer gebogen, dann ging es. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es wunderschöne Badebuchten und sogar einen gut erreichbaren Sandstrand in Risika. Vrbnik selbst bietet alles was man braucht, aber auch nach Krk oder Punat sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Dame von MareTours hat die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos und freundlich erledigt und gab noch einige nützliche Infos. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit netten Gastgebern, gemütlicher, sauberer Wohnung und wunderbarer Umgebung. Unser nächstes Urlaubsziel wird wieder Vrbnik sein!
